I stayed at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour from 9–11 May and had a fantastic experience overall. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unpack, and the bathroom was equally generous in size modern, clean, and beautifully appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well-insulated the rooms were from any outside noise. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. My only small critique is that the usual sanitary package provided in the bathroom didn’t include a toothbrush which does come handy for people who forget theirs. Nonetheless this was a minor detail in what was otherwise a truly luxurious and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend Sofitel Darling Harbour to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Sydney

The best hotel in Sydney, awesome location and views, we loved the French food the hospitality and love and affection they provided in their service. We have been coming to Sydney for many years for holidays and conferences, we could never find a hotel better than Sofitel Darling Harbor. We got a beautiful room with a treat for our anniversary. It might be good if we have complimentary water and toiletries as well as I believe it might not hurt the profit of the business and it will give the customer more satisfaction during their stay especially with the stars you are carrying in your hotel’s name and if you compare it to the hotels in Dubai, I can say that it needs some innovative changes as the trend keeps on changing. If it’s a 3 star hotel and below, it will be acceptable not to adapt with the changes. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it.

We were on the 23rd floor with amazing views over Darling Harbour. Check-in was smooth, with staff who were both professional friendly. We added on canapés and champagne which made our stay extra special. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the view stunning, so we decided to treat ourselves to room service breakfast the next morning to make the most of the room; it was delicious. We were in Sydney to see Les Miserable at the ICC, and our stay at the Sofitel was wonderful.

Overall it was a nice stay. Great room, good location, but construction next door spoils the views. We had a 1 + 1 night booked separately back to back. Great service and assistance in doing so. Asked if we need the room serviced we said “no”, but did not expect that that entailed not getting coffee and water replenished. Although we asked for it, we did not get it.
