I stayed at the Sofitel Sydney, in a Luxury room with a stunning view of Darling Harbour. The staff are excellent! They create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in their roles. I especially want to highlight the Guest Services team, particularly Evellen and Renato, who made my visit truly exceptional. When I asked about a specific item, they not only found it but also went the extra mile. Thank you for making my experience so memorable! I can't wait for my next visit.

Would highly recommend Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. We had an amazing stay. The accommodation was well located, had great facilities and lovely views. Staff were welcoming and happy to help answer any questions we'd ask. All staff were knowledgeable on the area and places we wanted to visit. We had great afternoons at the pool area, watching the City backdrop, listening to music and watching the sunset. Check in and Check out was easy and quick. Would definitely highly recommend to family and friend. We'll be back!

Nice location and good in room dining. However, apart from that, quite an abysmal experience. We were turned away from breakfast as we were wearing hotel slippers. Now, if this is the hotel policy, it is understandable but that wasn’t communicated to us at all. I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, but has never been an issue. The breakfast itself was very underwhelming. On most occasions, food on the buffet was cold and insipid and some items were never topped up in the last hour of breakfast service. Service was slow and unattentive. No water provided on the table even after we requested. I have sent a detailed review to the email provided for feedback so that hopefully it improves but a week since departure and still no response from the hotel. Unbelievable, lacklustre service for such a luxurious property!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Massive construction going on right outside the windows (blocking view of harbour). Also the breakfast staff will make coffee but not pits of tea because they say "it'll take too long" but you do have the option to make it yourself. Just slight feedback for a hotel where I'd expect the highest level of service. Overall a good choice for your stay in Sydney.

Located very convenient harbor area and easy to walk to CBD. People at the hotel were very kind and offered us support whenever needed. Especially Jaimie was the best! His welcome atmosphere made me feel like I’m back home whenever I came back to the hotel. People at 3rd floor restaurant and bar are also wonderful. I could feel real hospitality and kindness. Breakfast buffet selection was great too. I enjoyed fresh juice and fruits everyday. My whole experience here was amazing and I’m sure I’ll be back again. Again, thank you so much for your kind and caring service Jaimie!
