I had the most amazing birthday stay at this hotel all thanks to my fiance who booked it! The room was incredibly cozy and made me feel right at home. The decorations he requested were absolutely stunning and added such a personal touch it made my birthday feel so special and memorable. The view from the room was breathtaking like a perfect backdrop. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from especially vegetarian (I’m one), and the staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Hotel was good but needs some TLC. Room was good but Toilet always ran, the shower tap fell off, the entry door was hard to open and close. The tea and coffee was not replenished from the previous guests. When charging $475 per night I expected better. Service was average. Restaurant food was excellent but the service was lacking. 3 courses are $105 and the food is worth it, but never offerd more water, another drink. Had to wait to find someone to ask for drinks. Expect service to match the price. Second night had dinner in bar area. 2 steak sandwich took an hour and the steak was chewy. Breakfast was good and would recommend. Beautiful location and the pool area is great.

This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat in the heart of the wine country. The check in was easy and comfortable seated at the desk, which was quite a wow factor after a long drive. The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. We were celebrating a special occasion and were greeted with a wonderful surprise in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the barista coffee was worth coming back for. All round wonderful stay. We’ll be back.

Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience. We had a lovely time at your Hotel. The service was excellent; your staff are extremely attentive and friendly. There were however just a couple of things we thought could have made the experience first class. We were very disappointed to find that your main dining restaurant only opens weekends, our stay was from Sunday to Wednesday. We had a king valley view room and while very comfortable the bathroom was extremely cramped. Our vehicle is electric and after arriving from Sydney we needed to charge our car. There are two outlets one of which was not compatible for most new cars however the other was compatible but we could not charge until the next day as a local person had entered the grounds and hooked his car up to the station. We were extremely surprised that people who were not hotel guests could use the station.

3 night stay with family - definitely will be back! Staff - professional, polite & always helpful. Room- clean, soft bed and pillows for a great sleep. Just water pressure could have been better and balcony door didn’t work well. Breakfast- excellent variety for all ages. Pool - indoors so covered for all weather & enjoyed with kids. Location wise - within 15 mins of most restaurants, wineries and other attractions!
