Really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Darling Square, it was good value for money and great central location, right near Chinatown, heaps of good food, and close to shopping. I came to Sydney for two shows (one at the State Theatre and one at the ICC) and could walk to both. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Perfectly located in heart of the city, I stayed for a business trip. The team were amazing, room upgrade and an amazing welcome gift, and handwritten note from the Assistant GM. Room was fantastic, bed super comfy, really good table for working between meetings. Great breakfast and coffee, and spent some valuable time with Shane the Purchasing Manager, absolute legend! Pumphouse is super cool for lunch. Best business trip ever! Thank you!

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed at first impressions were wow the location right in the middle of everything! Paddy’s markets china town darling harbour even McDonald & star bucks all 30 seconds to 1 min away. The hotel was beautiful new looking clean & the Staff wow such friendly welcoming staff very helpful. All of them. The rooms were beautiful very nice very clean . Even the my teen kids loved it all. They enjoyed the Gym & the Pool , we swam till 10pm. We are coming back again on the school holidays I’ve already booked our next stay that’s how much we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were next level in hospitality. Helpful, polite, just professional in every sense. I requested a room with a view for my kids and got top floor overlooking the friendship gardens at darling harbour. A small welcome bag with chocolates for each of them on arrival in the room. That is the kind of little detail that wins repeat customers. Well done!

Location was perfectly central to darling harbour and walking distance to Chinatown and the harbour strip. Room was modern and gorgeous, so comfy and great amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful also, Highly recommend.
