We stayed here for 5 nights early November ’24, check in went smoothly and our rooms were ready early. The rooms were spotless and so was all the other public areas of the building, the cleaning team do an amazing job. The front desk staff would acknowledge you on departing and returning to the building. The breakfast staff were also top notch, making you coffee and keeping the breakfast area spotless. Fraser Suites Sydney is a fabulous place to stay, right in the heart of Sydney, with shopping very close by and easy access to all public transport. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return in 2025. I am reviewing here as Tripadvisor would not publish this review.

As I was going through my photos on my camera roll I came across my stay here last Sept and I just had to leave a review. Everything about our stay last Sept was amazing, the staff were all polite and friendly, easy to check in and out, the place was so spacious and extremely clean. Not to mention the little surprise gift for my partners birthday, this made our stay just that extra special! Loved everything about it.

The apartment has some age but we'll maintained. A luxe home-away-from-home for both business and leisure travelers, especially those looking at a long-stay. Discounted vs hotels and sofa in living is bed and can use as second bed!! The sofa is comfortably stiff, supportive and no back pain after sleeping.

We loved staying at Fraser Suites. The place was super clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a broken door on our room which was fixed immediately when we told staff. The bed was SO comfy and the location is perfect. Right next the the tram stop so we were able to see everything we wanted in the 3 days we stayed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Only rated 4 star because we had allot of issues with the TV in our room, we weren’t able to watch the TV the whole time, and weren’t really able access to connect to internet so it was hard to use our phones in the room too. HOWEVER the two gentlemen that assisted us throughout our stay deserve well and truly beyond just 5 stars for their service, they were INCREDIBLY helpful and understanding, one of them even stayed back for 20 minutes after his shift had ended to assist us and try and figure out a solution as well as sparking up some conversation too. I wish I had asked for their names we stayed in room 2304. I’m extremely appreciative for their help during our stay!!! The ladies that were running the buffet breakfast service were lovely as well, made us feel very warm and calm while eating out breakfast. The location of the hotel, and everything but the TV and the WiFi was really great would absolutely book here again. Best of wishes to the lovely staff that assisted us during our stay!!!! You guys were lovely!!!!!!
