Amazing place to stay for my family. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for our family of five (3 children under 12). We loved our stay here. Good facilities in the room, with washing and drying machines, stove, fridge, and cooking utensils. Location is great, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to Sydney. Thank you Fraser Suites

We stayed here for the weekend . Check in was easy and quick but disappointing they charged for our parking when they have a winter special for alot cheaper then we paid in total. Our room wasn't the view we thought we were getting, according to the advertisement but didn't matter to much because it was really nice, luxurious and plenty of room with the whole family. They didn't have a mini bar or water available so I had to call and ask for it. Breakfast was really good, set up nicely and lots of variety. The staff were so helpful and remembered our hot drink order from the first morning. We will definitely be back.

Firstly, hotel is good, more 4 star than 5. Location is great. Breakfast is average Low score because of over chlorinated pool, which left me with significantly sore eyes for a good 24 hours after, and affected my vision too. I used the pool several times and only on one occasion i had this issue, thankfully it was my last day in Sydney. I wrote a letter to the hotel, and they basically told me that the pool is fine, and they had done all the checks etc. left me feeling a bit dismissed and i felt was a disappointing response. So if you go in the pool, wear goggles.

The equipment in the room was broken and could not be used. When I contacted the reception and told them that it was out of order, they asked me if I wanted it fixed or not, in a very high-pressure manner. I didn't understand why I was being scolded. The location of the hotel is good, but the attitude of the man at reception was horrible. I also felt that the cleaning in the room was inadequate and it was not worth the cost. It was my first time staying this hotel and I have very disappointing memories. I will never use this hotel again and I will not recommend it to my friends.

Recently stayed in room 1509 which must be for a disabled person/wheel chair access, Which i wasn’t told about. Room was okay but bathroom was sub standard. Tiny sink tucked into a corner, no vanity to put anything on except a tiny glass shelf. Shower head is designed for washing people, not your average person standing up. $2 curtain to pull around shower to stop water getting out. All of this would have been fine if I had been notified or a price reduction to reflect the room I was put in. Also tv remote didn’t work for the TV in the room with the bed. Not worth $360 for a night. Breakfast isn’t until 7am so if you have to leave early no point paying for that. Won’t be staying ever again
