As I was going through my photos on my camera roll I came across my stay here last Sept and I just had to leave a review. Everything about our stay last Sept was amazing, the staff were all polite and friendly, easy to check in and out, the place was so spacious and extremely clean. Not to mention the little surprise gift for my partners birthday, this made our stay just that extra special! Loved everything about it.
We loved staying at Fraser Suites. The place was super clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a broken door on our room which was fixed immediately when we told staff. The bed was SO comfy and the location is perfect. Right next the the tram stop so we were able to see everything we wanted in the 3 days we stayed. Would definitely recommend this place!
Don’t get the 5 star rating. I’d say more 3.5. Food is only available in the morning and was of variable quality although the service was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable although my air con seemed to have a mind of its own and would switch off during the night. Good location for China town and George street and the ICC theatre.
It’s such a wonderful place to stay. The location is in the middle of the city where you can easily access to the light rail, train or buses. It’s even more easy to get all kinds of foods in the area. There’s the Japanese restaurants, Chinese foods, Thai foods and all international foods around the blocks. The room itself is very well laid out, everything is clean. There are kitchen appliances and dishwasher. The washer and dryer are also available in the room. Not only the reception staffs, the house keepers are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a good services. We will definitely come back for our next visit.
The rooms were nice and clean, and the front staff are also pretty nice and helpful if I have any questions. They also offer a breakfast which was a bit basic but was buffet style which I was happy with. Only problem I had was when I stayed there for 2 nights, I left to run some errands for a couple of hours and decided to leave the "do not disturb" sign on my handle because I figured I didn't need any room service, and I got it anyways. While it wasn't a huge deal, it's useless to give me a "do not disturb" sign if you're not going to honor it, replace towels when there's a sticker saying you won't unless I leave them on the floor, and fix a bed up that I'm going to mess up again the next night anyways. Overall would stay again, nothing super unusual compared to other hotels in the area
