Just stayed overnight at Fraser Suits Sydney. Not only was our room clean, spacious, and comfortable, the view and facilities were fantastic. The indoor pool was a perfect temp to hop straight into and the location was a short walk to everything great in Sydney. Parking was easy there also. The most outstanding part, however, was Connie. I spoke to her the morning of check in on the phone to get some details and was greeted upon arrival by her also. We found her to be kind and so knowledgeable. I find that in any place we end up, amazing people are what makes a place memorable. Thank you Connie ! Can't wait to return next time with the kids in tow.
Stayed in a Studio Deluxe suite and it was absolutely lovely. Very spacious, mainly clean. Only thing I can fault is that the cutlery in the room was dirty. No dishwashing liquid in the room to even clean the dishes. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was great. View is very nice. And the location is great for public transport and food with Regents Place being just next door to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed in the One Bedroom Suite and the views were stunning! High windows all around which provide the most beautiful views of Sydney. The room is very well equipped (toilet paper, body wash, soap, shampoo, all kitchen cooking utensils etc.) and even has a laundry room. Location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour, Town Hall & World Square & a 15 minute walk from Central. The hotel itself has a shopping centre connected and you can actually get there from the lobby level. Staff are awesome, very quick and attentive even whilst having to tackle the Vivid rush. The Hotel has an onsite carpark (a carpark across the road also), a well equipped gym, a pool and spa. The only downfall was the elevators were fairly slow however there was one out of order. Other than that, the hotel is amazing and well priced for what you get!
The beds are super comfortable, you really sleep very well. The location is optimal, very central and everything is within walking distance. The spa is also great, there is a sauna and a jacuzzi. The gym is also large and offers a lot of variety of equipment. For working, the rooms for 2 people are also well suited, there is a desk and a large living room table where you can work well. The only drawback: we were on the 20th floor and the connection was often not sufficient, we always only had one bar.
Let me first declare that these are my own words without any AI or editiors involved and my spelling is bad so i apologise in advance. 25 years learning from the best and worse organisations, these comments are from my experiences working with them or being the person on the other side.. the "customer". So maybe I have some cred to take up some of your time. So what i will say is that through all the feedback platforms we are driven to such as google and trip advisor, is that its data can create a high score on a low performing business, not giving you a "balanced perspective". For example: writing a review after a "sugar rush" in this context staying in a hotel for only 1 nights for a wedding vs staying in the hotel for 3 months on business. You could have very different experiences which influence the results and the other example is the lack of leading questions and only closed ended qusstions. This is an easy way to get the desired result without too hard work. I get that its too much work asking the right questions but in the interest qaulity outcomes and in this context SAFETY or i would argue overall business performance rests within customer and staff feedback but not in surveys but customers who give low scores with comprehensive comments and employee absenteeism/turnover. A business goal shouldn't focus on high scores. It should reduce the risk of low scores by implementing controls that create positive outcomes and in return these outcomes will weave into the fabric or culture of the business providing sustained positive results to all indicators. "Insert hierarchy of Controls image here" Ps diagram can be used in any context not just to manage the risk of personal harm.
