The rooms were nice and clean, and the front staff are also pretty nice and helpful if I have any questions. They also offer a breakfast which was a bit basic but was buffet style which I was happy with. Only problem I had was when I stayed there for 2 nights, I left to run some errands for a couple of hours and decided to leave the "do not disturb" sign on my handle because I figured I didn't need any room service, and I got it anyways. While it wasn't a huge deal, it's useless to give me a "do not disturb" sign if you're not going to honor it, replace towels when there's a sticker saying you won't unless I leave them on the floor, and fix a bed up that I'm going to mess up again the next night anyways. Overall would stay again, nothing super unusual compared to other hotels in the area

Check-in was pleasant and quick. Room is spacious, clean and has a good layout. It kitchen is well equipped. The bed is "too soft" for my liking. It hardly has any support. Rate is reasonable when compared with some of the 4 and 5 stars hotel with smaller room spaces and without kitchen facility.

It’s such a wonderful place to stay. The location is in the middle of the city where you can easily access to the light rail, train or buses. It’s even more easy to get all kinds of foods in the area. There’s the Japanese restaurants, Chinese foods, Thai foods and all international foods around the blocks. The room itself is very well laid out, everything is clean. There are kitchen appliances and dishwasher. The washer and dryer are also available in the room. Not only the reception staffs, the house keepers are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a good services. We will definitely come back for our next visit.

Great place to stay, staff always exceptional, rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is top notch and well worth choosing a booking option that includes it. Pool is always a highlight, kids are amazed by the glass bottom sections.

We stayed here for the weekend . Check in was easy and quick but disappointing they charged for our parking when they have a winter special for alot cheaper then we paid in total. Our room wasn't the view we thought we were getting, according to the advertisement but didn't matter to much because it was really nice, luxurious and plenty of room with the whole family. They didn't have a mini bar or water available so I had to call and ask for it. Breakfast was really good, set up nicely and lots of variety. The staff were so helpful and remembered our hot drink order from the first morning. We will definitely be back.
