Great location near the Opera House and Botanical. The hotel was excellent also. Wonderful room with a nice view of the harbor. The 1-bedroom had a full kitchen with washer and dryer. However the inside of the refrigerator was very wet. Not sure if the door closed all the way or not. They also stocked the fridge with various drinks and had a note that water was complimentary however we received a charge on our credit card so it must have been a different water bottle. We had a complimentary cheese platter which was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

On our mother/daughter trip we spent two nights on our way back home in Sydney - at the Pullman Grand Quay. Our apartment was a Deluxe two bedroom harbour view and it was fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen (with well stocked minibar), laundry, dining and living room. Huge windows framed The Rocks, Sydney Harbour Bridge and across to Luna Park. The view was beautiful during the day and stunning from sunset right through the night...and it was so easy to pop downstairs and find great food from one of the many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Of course we got takeout and sat and ate on our balcony overlooking the Quay. This was the perfect ending for our holiday! ...also thanks to the amazing staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were really friendly and helpful. P.S. The indoor swimming pool and spa are fabulous too! 🤩

The hotel is situated in the prime location of Sydney with great view. The apartment room is all we could ask for in a five-star hotel. Room was spotless, comfortable bedding, high quality equipments, including a decent sized jacuzzi. Professional reception team, helpful hotel porter, and attentive housekeeping staff. Beatrice and the kind chef added the cherry on top with their patience when we turned up at the restaurant at after 8:30pm (closing time is 9:30) and offered to alter the dish to our preference. We stayed for almost a week and really felt so comfortable like home. We have stayed at numerous hotels across the world and were a bit disappointed with the limited menu choices and opening hours at the restaurant and bar though, considering the location and the star classification of the hotel. The restaurant and bar had very nice view, but was quite small and hard to access. You’d have to press the intercom to reception to get the door open from the quay side, which we witnessed many people were puzzled with. At the end of our stay, we missed the night interstate train and had to wait for the early morning train. The room we stayed over the last five days was booked out so instead of the hassle of checking in a different hotel for several hours, we sat quietly and neatly on the sofa hoping to stay safe from the station full of drug addicts and drunks. We were confronted by security speaking to us in a tone which made us felt like unwanted homeless camping in the lobby. Fair enough that the hotel might have a policy that checked out guest are not welcome to stay around for many hours afterwards - and we were ignorant enough to not understand - but we’d rather be courteously informed than almost being escorted out. And unfortunately that was the latest memory we had at the hotel.

At first, the staff are welcoming and helpful. The room is nice. In terms of the supplies, I’m a little bit disappointed as when I was having a shower, the shampoo had an ample amount and then ran out when I wanted to wear slippers I didn't have any as the rest of my family used it, my son rang the housekeeping but then they said they ran out of it. I booked 5 adults and 1 child so I’m expecting 5 slippers, I remember when I booked the stay I requested a crib or cot for my child but there was nothing in the room. Overall, it was a good stay except for the lack of supplies.

We booked a two bedroom suite, and it was an excellent room. Furnishings were comfortable and stylish. HVAC was easy to manage. Only negative there was vent blowing directly on pillow area in primary bedroom. Kitchen and equipment was clean and a good set. Pool and spa facility was novel and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Only negative experience was the in-room laundry: the dryer was extremely loud and in need of service. Keeping the laundry doors closed prevented clothes from drying because exhaust fan in ceiling had poor draw, thus moist air was recycled. Leaving laundry door open caused horrible racket in room (and adjoining rooms, I suspect).
