We came here for lunch and have absolutely enjoyed every dish, the wagyu skewers and the fish of the day which was salmon. The dessert was amazing! The service was of the top standard. On arrival, we received a warm welcome and the staff was very attentive and friendly. If you haven’t been to Cafe del Mar, I highly recommend to dine here.

delicious Mediterranean food with a view of Darling Harbour! The inside is very luxe, perfect for a first date. Food is also pretty good, recommend the wagyu skewers The golden moon dessert is also super pretty

CAFE DEL MAR….. This is a wonderful dining experience. Impossible to say which was the best , the amazing food or the attentive service by Ashu. The menu offers diversity without being so large that you become lost and confused. The flavours are amazing and the presentation of the food is exceptional. This is a must do when visiting Darling Harbour or Barangaroo.

Such a gorgeous spot with harbour views — felt special the moment we walked in. The vibe was amazing with a DJ playing and cocktails flowing. We started with warm focaccia and smoked onion butter (so addictive!) and the burrata was creamy and dreamy with the perfect sweet-savoury jam. The wagyu skewers were tender and juicy, and the scallops with hollandaise and crispy chicken skin were little flavour bombs. The half duck with mandarin chimichurri was perfectly cooked, and even the broccolini side was fresh and zesty. Service was flawless — can’t wait to come back!
