Is a very big resort, but we had a 1 bedroom apartment with lots of fresh air from the ocean. There are plenty of eating places around the resort. Can stay undercover all the way. Breakfast is $38 at Peppers, have a special at the moment for $26. Pool is popular. Would definitely return as loved our stay.

Over priced with a drastic lack of hotel facilities. Our room was run down and stunk of wet mould. Had door open the entire stay. Not hotel facilities even snacks or bottled water. Pool bar average at best no service, rooms not serviced for eight days as per info sheet upon arrival. I really cannot fathom that this hotel has a good reputation with absolutely no services, catering etc We asked if we could purchase an ice cream after night out and was told only the bar has the key, BTW the bar is open very few and select hours and closes if they don’t have patrons. I am disgusted to know it’s in the Accor line up!!!!! Even ibis carries of a hotel better than this. Totally disappointed. Good location. Way over priced!!

We came for a work conference from WA. The location seems nice, the food was good, the room was clean and self contained which was nice as we could go down to the shops and buy food and cater for ourselves. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the spa bath, the shower being proper sized was nice. We found the layout a little confusing of the hotel, and having to navigate to the breakfast area across the road in rain was a bit of a downer ( not the hotels fault about the rain ) reception sorted us out with umbrellas which was appreciated ! The only downside we had was a rude staff member at the bar who was quite nasty to my partner who used the word ‘ tab ‘ instead of ‘ room ‘ when it came to charging for drinks not supplied in the beverage package to the point that we decided to leave the function and hotel early as she was quite upset at how she was spoken to.. Despite that, our experience was good, rooms need a little maintenance and attention as the flooring is getting a little worn in the room we were in and the common area carpets were a bit dirty I think to high foot traffic and doors being kept open ?

Another awesome stay here, we just feel at home everytime we visit. Location, restaurants, facilities and the views and sound of the ocean is soothing. We love coming back here every year sometimes more since 2009!

Had a great time here for new years with my sister. Loved the hotel, staff were great and facilities were fine. We did notice that although our room was really clean, the carpets through to the rooms (communal areas and corridors) were pretty filthy.
