The room was spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of drawer space and a desk area as well. The shower/tub area was the best I've ever been in. The walls are tiled and in excellent condition. There is a safety bar and the bottom of the tub is textured for better grip. The towels are right above the end of the tub. The tub spout has separate controls from the shower head, so there weren't any guessing games about how it works. I love this design!

This was my first stay at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised at the relaxed and efficient feel of the place. The rooms are comfortable size and with good furnishings. I like the attention to detail in the bathroom - non slip bath mat provided for when standing under the shower in the bathtub. Nice touch. I do not see this often. The ground floor restaurant looked pleasant however I did not have time to try it. The main reason I have scored this hotel highly is the excellent and responsive customer service from the booking through to check out. They even respond promptly to email. Many hotel do not respond at all. The reception staff I dealt with are a little more senior being articulate and professional. The hotel is well located on the edge of the Parramatta CBD in a quiet street with car dealerships.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable. I was surprised by how big the bathtub was! With no in room dining for dinner on weekends a snack menu would have been great but otherwise my stay here was perfect.

Lovely hotel to stay at. Staff are friendly, understanding & helpful. Room was clean & so quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was very good & the children loved it. Thank you for having us.

I could not recommend this place more. The accommodation was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided in-room facilities worthy of a luxury hotel. I slept so well as there was no external noise at all, which initially concerned me as I thought I had gone deaf, being so quiet! 🤭 The breakfast food selection in the restaurant was extensive and tasty. I would love to have tried their meals at other times. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I give my experience here, 5 thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍Thank you!
