After being a client at Servcorp North Sydney for over a decade, we have recently relocated to Servcorp’s Gateway office at Circular Quay. The Gateway Team’s unmatched customer support and willingness to help have made the relocation completely seamless. In a typical Servcorp manner, they are always happy to land a helping hand and assist, regardless of the complexity of the task that we have for them. Servcorp has always been a great place for our office, but Gateway is more than just an office, it is also a community of small businesses and like-minded individuals, which is best demonstrated during their social and networking events. I cannot recommend Servcorp Gateway high enough.

Very awful and poor experience. bad management. No uniform communication across all lines of management. Poor IT systems didn’t work. Hardly honoured the 30 day free trial. used only 3 half days and told free trial was cancelled also that could invite guests to promote but then told couldn’t. They don’t know how to do marketing. Food and drinks aren’t included for the costs of an office which during this climate they need business customers to work with and nurture. I would be very careful before signing up to anything free again. Most people would be moving out and telling the same experience.

Awesome views and a decent community vibe, good coffee and tea selection too. Nice reception, easy for meetings in the open areas and individual rooms. Few issues with additional charges but seemed to get sorted eventually.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Peace of mind guarantee

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
