Warning: Unreliable and Dishonest Service We had a terrible experience with this rental office company. After canceling our rental and sending them a clear notification, they continue to send us invoices with no valid reason. This feels like a deliberate attempt to extract more money even after the service was canceled. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this fraudulent company to avoid being ripped off.

Servcorp Market street is the most convenient location in Sydney with stunning views. I have been in the Market Street location for the past 2 years and have also used other servcorp offices to meet clients. The staff are super friendly and extremely accommodating. This is a fantastic location with stunning views, particularly at sunset! I have hired rooms to conduct small and large meetings - it is a very convenient location for anyone working with clients in or around the CBD. The staff are super friendly and extremely accomodating. I would highly recommend this location and the services they offer.

Excellent Co-working space with super friendly staff and personal support available when needed. Team is genuinely passionate for customer service and go an extra mile to ensure happy work experience here. Co-working space at 44 Market Street has privacy screens which gives much needed space for focus required for work and far away from the chaotic environment of places like wework. I really enjoyed my few months of working experience here and highly recommend for startups and companies looking for short and long term office space.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
