The food offered a pleasant dining experience. The rainy atmosphere did impact the overall ambiance. However, the attentiveness of the customer service truly enhanced the visit. It's commendable how the staff navigated the less-than-ideal weather conditions. Their efforts created a positive experience despite the dreary backdrop.

Nice view. But was a bit disappointed with the meals. Dessert was ok. But I had the steak and it doesn't even include chips or salad in the price with the steaks. You want chips you have to pay $10 for a pretty big serving. I didn't even eat all of it, you need to have an option to pay a little bit for a small side serving. Not enough gravy either. Steak was cooked the way i wanted but it was lacking a bit of flavour. Presentation lacking with steak but the dessert looked nice. Service was OK but could have been better. I had to flag down staff multiple times :( I wouldn't come back to be honest.

Inside or boardwalk seating, great atmosphere. The food was OK. But far from amazing. We ordered, and within minutes, our meals arrived. However, the fish and chips were not hot enough to have been just cooked. chips weren't crunchy or hot. They potentially were pre cooked, The curry was OK. Thai red, but flavours were lacking. It was 130pm on a Sunday, rainy weather and the restaurant wasn't full. There's a lot of opportunities available for improvement

Booked a NYE 2024 package back in June 2024. Website told us everything but coming all the way from the UK we were apprehensive handing over the money to secure our spot. Matt the manager was superb, eased our worries and answered all of our questions. NYE was so busy down on the quay and it was manic, thinking we wouldn’t even get through let alone see the fireworks at midnight. But all reservations about the night soon disappeared, our waitress was Emily and she explained what happened and I’m so glad she was right. Sat down in a superb setting and location, drinks and food came and boy what a spread. We went for the seafood platter for 2, a glass accompanied each course and it was superb. The pictures do not do the food justice but believe me we wasn’t hungry at the end and it was at a very high quality. Saxophonist and an accordion wondered round adding to the atmosphere, and a magician for the kids, (big kids as well) Fireworks came up and as promised a lot of people moved away and allowed us plenty of room to see the fireworks to make our night one to remember. As we were allowed to go back and forth to the restaurant we went back in and had dessert and a couple of cocktails while the “rabble” dispersed and left for our hotel. Overall the whole experience was one in a lifetime, from booking over 6 months before (highly recommended) to being treated with the upmost of respect I can’t talk high enough of all the staff. The food and service was so good we will attended again for a meal for our last night here. There is so much choice around the area however Searock exceeded our expectations we will definitely go back.

Located at Opera Quays, East, Shop 15/5 Macquarie Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. Edit - I have been back to this great restaurant several times now because I love it 😍! The food and service continues to be top notch! I came here with more of my family and friends and they loved it also. 👍😍😊 A beautiful place with stunning views in Circular Quay. You are looking right at the Harbour Bridge . The service was very good, the staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable about the menu. It’s situated 5 minutes walk from the Opera House 5 minutes walk front Circular Quay station and the light rail. The food was lovely, couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend to anyone spending the day in the city. I love to come during the day when the ships are in at the cruise terminal 🛳️. They look fantastic. The lunch specials are wonderful also for the budget conscious. The seating arrangement is really great, it’s wonderful to sit there and watch everyone walk by while you enjoy your meal. Would recommend. Thumbs Up!! 👍👍👍
