I got a very good deal, stayed 3 night during the school holidays, checked out on Easter Friday, everything was smooth no hustle. The room was clean, good view, convenient location. I used the pool. Love the sauna. Thank you for the complimentary glass of wine. The only complain is the fridge is too full with soft drinks, no room for own food, snacks. Plus the bar menu was not very interesting and quite expensive for that sort of food. Somebody has already mentioned the elevator, which did not work very well and took forever... But overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Would stay again if I can get a good deal.

Generally, the hotel needs a renovation, everything is old and dusty. It is definitely not a 5* hotel. There is a lot of chlorine in the jacuzzi and after sitting in it my eyes started to burn. It is a very dangerous place. The hotel does not pay attention to the quality of cleaning, even after asking to mop the floor in the bathroom it was not done. I found a hair on the bath. Generally, the room is dusty. Bottles of water are not complementary. The remote control was incredibly dirty. On the second day, they did not bring robes, after asking reception they brought a torn robe... Very dirty in the spa zone (pool, steam room and sauna). The sauna was quite cold. the sink in the bathroom is very small, not like on their photos. No capsule coffee machine. No dental and shaving kit. A few hours before the check out one guy came in the room and wanted to check and count their stuff in a mini bar. We declined his request. It was unacceptable for us. The reception did not look friendly...

Everything is up to standard expectation of 5 stars hotel except room services could be better. I mentioned before checked in that my kid and I have sensitive skin and nose so we will need room cleaning services everyday for 5 nights of stay. It is unfortunate that we have this health problems. The receptionists are always professional. The 1st day the room services is great, the Asian lady did the fabulous job. The 2nd day, my bathtub wasn’t clean at all and I could found thick grease surrounded the bathtub. Floor was not cleaned and vacuumed. Pillow case with blood stain wasn’t changed but just flipped for us to us on another side. I was tired and unable to complaint on that night, end up I have to take medicine straight away once I woke up in the morning, bad reactions. The 3rd day I have to walked up to counter complaint, it leave me no choice. After that, everything is under control, kid and me have no more health issues. Thanks to their fast resolved. Location is every convenient with one stop of light rail away from circular quay. We will recommend friends and family and will be back here again.

Great location, close to Australia Square/Pitt street, food court nearby, 15 minutes from Opera House and 10 minutes from Darling Harbour. Big like! Decoration is old fashion, nice breakfasts, room cleaning service was OK (not 100%). I came at 7am after night flight and my room was ready - only for that reason I'll be back in my next business travel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Amora Jamison Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and professional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with an incredibly comfortable bed and stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including the gym, pool, and on-site restaurant – all of which were great.
