Very classy foyer and building. Great service and friendly staff. I didn't pay for the room so can't comment on the price but if I can afford to stay here again I surely will. Room was a standard size (nothing special). Great comfortable bed and bathroom. Standard city views. I love the total blackout blinds and curtains. Gym was too small to be of any use. Pool looked nice but I don't like swimming.

The concierge staff was extremely helpful. I had misplaced my passport, and they helped me navigate all the necessary steps I needed to take to report the loss and get a replacement. They went over and above what my expectations were. I am extremely grateful for all their help,

Well hasn't this hotel seen better days. Used to love staying here years ago but the rooms are so dated and need an upgrade. Seems to have gone downhill since it was used as a Covid hotel in the pandemic. Reception staff really helpful, booking staff on the phone really unhelpful. So the rating is unfortunatley a reflection of my customer service experience from booking, not the friendly and helpful reception staff. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore. Such a shame.

We got just a basic room this stay which was still a great size, especially the bathroom. Brilliant location for the northern end of the city to walk or use public transport. Little disappointed that complimentary bottles of water aren't provided any more. $6 from the mini bar!

Nice, spacious, clean rooms. Beds were not the comfiest 4/5. Most service was exceptional. We did find reception not to be knowledgeable or very welcoming. Towels and robes tattered. Expensive parking.
