We stayed for two nights as a getaway for two. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view over the city. It was easy to change and maintain the temperature and the double doors to the bathroom made me smile every time I had to swan through them! The hotel is a short walk from Wynyard Station and we had no issues walking to food and entertainment venues. Staff we interacted with were lovely and the pool, hot tub and saunas were an amazing end to days of walking. My partner used the gym and said the machines were usable but have not been maintained.

Nice hotel in a good location at a good price point. Not as nice as others I’ve stayed at in Sydney CBD but the price point reflects this well I guess, hence the 4 stars. The room is average. The bathroom is big but the design needs rethinking. My biggest gripe was the water pressure. It was pretty poor. I rely heavily on a good shower to wake me up and get the job done quick. Definitely did not get this. However, the bed was comfy and the telly was good. The service I received was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and professional. Not sure if I’d stay again but would recommend based on the price.

I stayed here couple of times on my business trip. Usually I skip breakfast so can’t say much about it. The location is great because it is right next to the city center and I usually take a walk down to cruise terminal. Once I got a room with a splendid view in a bathroom. Check it out)

It is nice place to stay. Close to all activities. Good amenities. Staffs are kind and smiling. Spa is good but sauna is not good enough. Sauna is not working properly. Highly recommend for stay.

Went there with my girlfriend for our anniversary. Had a great time in the city and the room was amazing. Just wish the over the phone customer service was a bit better and more attentive. Was hung up on a couple times.
