Honestly this place has some pros and some cons. Overall this is not a bad place to stay, The good stuff 1. Amazing breakfast buffet if you pick a room that has breakfast included. 2. The facilities offered are pretty good. 3. The location is honestly great it is close to everything The not so good stuff 1. The televisions in the rooms are extremely outdated, the fact that it does not provide any access to.streaming services or you can not cast from your phone to the television is criminal for a supposed 5 star hotel. I've stayed in a cheap motel that had this feature the fact that a 5 star hotel doesn't is insane. 2. Water not being complementary is insane in 2025. Overall we had a great time staying here, the staff were friendly and the room was honestly beautiful as well as the location. The parking is really tiny but can not complain. Definitely needs to be more modernised technology wise and needs some work but overall was very happy.

Stayed for 2 nights in a club suite. It was pretty good, but just a couple of gripes. The TV system is average at best. Limited channels and depending on which one you choose, audio is either distorted, cutting in and out or twice the volume of all the others. My other downside was I let them know it was my wife's birthday which they acknowledged before our stay but no-one made any mention of it during our visit and there were no special gestures made for her at all. On the plus side, the suite was nice and the food at the club lounge was yummy, as was the breakfast buffet.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over the long Anzac weekend to celebrate my birthday. Staff: The team were very professional and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Room: Although there was a problem with our initial room, the staff promptly relocated us to another room as compensation, which we appreciated. Dining: My girlfriend and I enjoyed dinner at The Croft on Level 1 for my birthday. The food was excellent, and the restaurant had a very upscale atmosphere—perhaps a little more formal than what we usually prefer. Nonetheless, the service was outstanding. If you enjoy fine dining, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. We also tried the buffet breakfast, which was great and definitely worth experiencing. However, if it’s not included with your room booking, be aware that it can be a bit pricey. Overall: The service across the hotel was great, and I would happily return for another stay. Minor issue: The lifts were a bit of a hassle as they are currently undergoing renovations, often leading to long wait times.

Worst Experience – Unsafe, Dirty, and Poorly Maintained Facilities I gave this hotel 1 star because the pool and sauna facilities were completely unacceptable. The spa didn’t work at all, and the sauna controls were unresponsive. The sauna smelled awful — musty and moldy, clearly not cleaned properly. To make things worse, the pool intercom was disabled, and when I pressed the emergency button, no staff responded even after I left the pool. This is a serious safety issue. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and sauna, but both were in a terrible state. The sauna was completely out of order and had a foul, musty smell — it was clearly not maintained at all. The indoor pool was small, cold, and uninviting. It did not resemble the photos online, and the entire wellness area felt neglected and unclean. Considering the price I paid, the facilities were very very old , well below expectations. This was definitely not a 5-star experience! I expected much more in terms of quality and service. Sadly, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a proper relaxing experience. For the price I paid, this was the worst value I’ve had in Sydney. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

We loved this hotel! Great service, room was spacious, and good central location. There were drinks and snacks for purchase in the room. We also ordered room service one night. Two restaurants and a good breakfast offering. We would def stay here again. PS the pool area and spa looked amazing, but we unfortunately only looked and didn’t jump in ourselves.
