The hotel room was absolutely amazing, very soft beds and pillows, very well looked after with an amazing view into the city. The spa facilities were amazing, including the pool. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of variety, along with lunch. Good hotel location with the tram a small walk away. All staff members were absolutely lovely thank you for making my birthday memorable❤️

Honestly this place has some pros and some cons. Overall this is not a bad place to stay, The good stuff 1. Amazing breakfast buffet if you pick a room that has breakfast included. 2. The facilities offered are pretty good. 3. The location is honestly great it is close to everything The not so good stuff 1. The televisions in the rooms are extremely outdated, the fact that it does not provide any access to.streaming services or you can not cast from your phone to the television is criminal for a supposed 5 star hotel. I've stayed in a cheap motel that had this feature the fact that a 5 star hotel doesn't is insane. 2. Water not being complementary is insane in 2025. Overall we had a great time staying here, the staff were friendly and the room was honestly beautiful as well as the location. The parking is really tiny but can not complain. Definitely needs to be more modernised technology wise and needs some work but overall was very happy.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel, particularly for group or company accommodations. The rooms are outdated, the breakfast fell short of expectations, and there were notable maintenance issues - such as a leaking shower that affected the toilet area. More concerning was the discovery of a small bag containing a white substance in the lobby restroom, which raises serious safety and cleanliness concerns. The overall condition of the hotel is worn and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, management appears unresponsive to feedback and enforces an unusually strict one-month cancellation policy, which is highly impractical and unreasonable. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had to date

We loved this hotel! Great service, room was spacious, and good central location. There were drinks and snacks for purchase in the room. We also ordered room service one night. Two restaurants and a good breakfast offering. We would def stay here again. PS the pool area and spa looked amazing, but we unfortunately only looked and didn’t jump in ourselves.

Not so great. My son and I stayed at the Amora hotel for the first and the last time. Our room was big, but it was a bit dated and needed a renovation. The view was average, just into the building next door. The bathroom was good, but the furniture in the room needed an update, the carpet was old and the bath robes were worn out. No champagne glasses in the room. We were shocked when we discovered that the bottled water was not provided and they charged $6 per a 600 ml bottle!!! The lifts are old. The breakfast charge is $45 and the barista made coffee and omelets are extra. We had dinner at the Croft restaurant and it was okay, but we weren’t overly impressed, the service was good though. The sauna was cold, the steam room had a very unpleasant smell. There was no drinking water provided in a spa area. Overall not a 5 star hotel feeling.
