Excellent hotel in the best location in Sydney. Beautiful view from the window and easy access by car. Many of Sydney’s most iconic places are just a short walk away — perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Sydney without long travel times

I stayed here last Sunday. My room was good, next to lift, and the baconey is with the wiew of Opera House. Everything is good, but I cannot find 2nd rubbish bin in the room , the only bin I can find is in bathroom. Also, it's very kind to give kids meal for free. They are kids friendly.

Location was great, with great views. Complementary breakfast was yummy also. Was disappointed to realise there was mould/ dust in all the AC vents, which effected my kids asthma. Rooms needs to be updated also. Didn't feel like 5stars to me. Seems like you only paying for the view.

My stay at the Pullman Quay Grand was absolutely lovely. The staff and property were top-notch—clean, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful. I was even offered a complimentary bevvie from the bar, which was a kind touch after the small inconvenience of waiting for my suite to be cleaned. The room was spotless, and the jetted tub was just the ticket after a long, rainy excursion downtown. Access to key points like the international terminal, the CBD, and even across the water to Manly was a breeze straight from the hotel doors. You’ve got dining and shopping right along the docks and The Rocks, so there’s plenty to enjoy without going far. A stroll down the waterfront held stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, and the Royal Botanic Gardens are just around the bend. If offered, don’t skip the brekkie! Breakfast was delicious, hearty, and offered plenty of variety—it included tea, juice, and a proper espresso. All in all, worth every cent. I’m bringing my Mum along next visit. Aloha!

My experience at this hotel was excellent, highlighted by a seamless check-in and efficient staff. The room was thoughtfully designed that created a real sense of relaxation. Hotel is conveniently located with effortless access to trains, ferries, and Sydney's top sightseeing spots. With pristine pool and gym facilities and a delightful breakfast, it was the perfect, rejuvenating stay for my time in Sydney
