March 2025 4* Stayed at this place for 5 nights on business trip. The place is located very close to Town Hall and Metro Station, you can walk (15 min) or take a bus (5 min). The rooms are little old but very spacious. Ask for room on higher floor with harbour view and you will love it (my room was 1714). The hotel gives free fruits in the room and room cleaning is done after 3 days but you can ask daily too. Some people complaint about allergy from carpet. I did not face any issue. The stay was good and it is fully value for money. Did not try breakfast. Interesting thing is that hotel have sunscreen lotion near reception.

Stayed here last year and had a great experience. The staff were great and the hotel was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit old and rusted but overall pretty good room. We had amazing views of The Sydney Harbour Bridge. It was is a very busy area and parking at the hotel is terrible! I would not recommend driving to here but I would high recommend the hotel.

We stayed here for three nights and it was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do around Sydney. Room was clean and spacious, and appreciated being able to use the gym's showers to clean up before/after we had our room. No complaints!

My stay at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel was okay. It started off badly, but DJ, the reception manager, personally apologised for the hiccups. The unwelcoming vibe of the hotel initially put me off, but DJ reassured me that my next stay will be taken care of and that I will experience better service. Aside from this issue, the room was okay. The bed was comfy. The Harbour view from level 9 was decent — you can see the bridge and the tip of the Opera House. The location is convenient, as it’s really close to work. Overall, it was an okay stay. Let’s see what happens on my next visit and whether they follow through on their promises.

Update Apr 1 Lucas from the hotel reached out and responded to my comments. He explained the circumstances, and made it right. I appreciated the followup response and will move forward from this experience. Changed my 1 star to 3. ------ My husband and I booked a 3 night pre cruise stay with breakfast at The Sydney Blvd Hotel Mar 29-Apr 1 2025. We flew half way around the world. We had a difficult stay. Not the warmest welcome at checkin no options for an upgrade or room location. The next morning with a major time difference and traffic noise from the busy street below (3rd floor), we didn't sleep very well, we woke up late and arrived at the restaurant at 10:05 am, 5 minutes after breakfast hours. The host Itzel said the buffet and kitchen was closed. No resolution, no exceptions! I spoke to the hotel manager Gus, echoed the same refusal of service or any compensation since I booked through the new membership discount rate. A simple gesture of coffee and pastries would've sufficed but ended in such a negative experience. Never in our 40 years of travel have we experienced such extreme lack of empathy for travelers. They are in the hospitality business and Google 4-star hotel. The overall outcome was atrocious. The only redeeming factor was the kind and friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff.
