This is a perfect hotel. The location is ideal and a short walk to both the Sydney Opera House and the Botanic Garden. The staff is very helpful and professional. The rooms are gorgeous and high tech. The breakfast is extensive and incredible. Would book this hotel every time we are in Sydney.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. It is perfectly located and the amenities and service were outstanding. The room overlooked the harbour and was spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop bar is a must with sweeping views of the opera house, harbour bridge and eastern suburbs. Breakfast was included and was first class in quality and quantity. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a spectacular stay in Sydney.

Stayed for one night to celebrate mine and my partners anniversary. At check in we were upgraded to a harbour side view which was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so sweet, we were sent some Prosecco to our room after mentioning it was our anniversary. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is just stunning. Would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay here if they are looking for a luxury hotel!

Fantastic location for our stay exploring the harbour and surrounds, near the station and plenty to see and do (botanical gardens, Luna park, museums) during the holidays. Our corner suite was well appointed however had an issue with cleanliness but the hotel team were very quick to put this right. Beautiful beds and blackout blinds, and we had all we needed for a few nights, along with incredible options for room service. The bathroom was stunning and as a family, the layout was perfect to provide for privacy and a feeling of space which isn’t always readily achievable in a hotel. Also noted it was a very quiet space, which may be due to the layout and long hallway, but it’s exactly what we seek on our adventures. We’re looking forward to coming back already! ❤️

My Sydney home away from home. I always love my stays at the intercontinental Sydney. The location to Botanical gardens great restaurants a short walk away and public transport at the doorstep . After the renovations at the hotel and after Covid the service was not as sharp as prior to the renovations, but it is getting better with every stay. I always go across the road to "This Way Canteen" for great coffee (next to the Museum). After the ren
