I booked a room with the club member system, and it was absolutely worth it. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. As a club member, I had access to exclusive facilities, and everything about it was top-notch. The rooftop bar at night was a highlight, offering a breathtaking panoramic view, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality ingredients. Beyond the hotel itself, the location was ideal, just a short distance from the Sydney Opera House, the Art Gallery of NSW, and the Museum of Sydney, making it easy to explore some of the city’s best attractions. From the stunning views to the outstanding service and prime location, every detail was perfect, making this one of the best luxury stays I’ve ever had!

Wonderful luxury hotel. Maybe the best one I’ve ever been and I’m genuinely looking forward to be here again someday. First of all, the architecture itself is historic and beautiful with tons of Georgian features. The elevator in the lobby is so classic and elegant, you can’t miss it once you walked in. The deco of the restaurant at the second floor is so elegant and peaceful, you get to fully enjoy the meal when you’re sitting there no matter it’s a balcony seat or indoor seat. Secondly, the room is great. We luckily have a sight of the opera house and a great view of the botanical garden. The room itself is newly renovated and spacious. And everything in it is fresh and clean. By the way, I truly love the deco style which is simple but full of charm. It’s noticeable that the view at the pool is wonderful, you get to see the opera house from a perfect angle. Thirdly, regarding the service, it’s great as well which match its five-star standard. The room service is careful and very professional. Housekeeping is at another level. In summary, if you’re on a vacation with someone you truly love, come here and have romantic nights. It’s a great hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice and helpful staff, and great location. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that you could cast from your phone to the TV otherwise the channel selection was limited. There are a few things about the rooms that could be improved - lighting could be better labeled, storage (space is limited in the rooms so if you're staying longer than a night or two there's only 1 drawer for clothes - 2 drawers are used for the hair dryer and other amenities). There are lots of shelves but they're all taken by food items for sale, cups, etc. ), and bathroom organization (there are only 2 hooks on the door for towels, robes, toiletries, etc and no hook for a hand towel).

I truly enjoyed my stay in Sydney Intercontinental, this is by far my favorite hotel in Sydney!! :)The hotel is greatly located and rooms were spacious and trendy, with lovely amenities! I especially appreciated the staff in the club lounge who were very nice and accommodating! A fantastic view also from Aster - the amazing views are unbeatable and never quit, day and night!!! For a business traveler like myself and also Platinum Elite, it makes a huge difference even for a short stay!! Looking forward to coming back soon, perhaps April-May!
