From booking the reservation on the hotel’s website (book as a member for a percentage discount) to checkout, just a wonderful experience. Absolutely gorgeous Horizon Suite on level 35. Everything one could want, amazing size, beautiful bathroom and the best views of west and east of the harbour bridge extending to the heads, this includes the Opera House and Bennelong Point. Housekeeping efficient and thorough. Horizon club was superb as usual with excellent service, delicious food offerings and an amazing view. We love our breakfasts there, afternoon tea and the evening canapés and drinks. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was quite good with reasonably priced room service but with $10 additional fee for room service. Rooms were good and toilets were quite big. View was nice with big windows. Breakfast buffet has all the normal things and also healthier drink options which is quite cool. However, they would not let us to the level 36 without buying something as we wanted to take photographs of the view. You have to climb lots of stairs to walk around which can be rather tiring but it is in quite a central location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shangri-La Hotel! The service was exceptional. The atmosphere is simply stunning. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The room was equipped with high-quality toiletries,bathrobes, coffee maker. Highly recommend!

My son and I just had a magical stay! The view from our room was incredible. Location was perfect to walk everywhere and the coffee was great! I love the mix of modern and classic interior. Only thing I would suggest to improve would be a bigger pool and spa. We cannot wait to come back!!

We got the deluxe room and had a view of harbour bridge and opera house. The room rate is fine. Just the valet parking is 100+ something but alright. There's also a deposit fee for the room. Well overall, we enjoyed and it's alright. I will share a view from above
