My son and I just had a magical stay! The view from our room was incredible. Location was perfect to walk everywhere and the coffee was great! I love the mix of modern and classic interior. Only thing I would suggest to improve would be a bigger pool and spa. We cannot wait to come back!!

Two little things. The pool in the evening had tissues in it and water was not clear. Secondly, the buffet breakfast room needs to be better organised. You have to walk everywhere trying to find things like bowls, juices, etc. Otherwise the room was fantastic with view of Harbour Bridge. Service was great.

The view was amazing from our room at level 32. Room is big and nice. Sofa can be converted to a 2 person bed size. Good for children/teens to sleep on. The housekeeping staff setup of the sofa bed nicely. She covers the metal extension and children wont get cut or hit on the metal parts. Room with Loccitane Toiletries . Lounge food wasn’t as expected. Cooked warm food - about 3-4items. Salad, crackers, cheese and a few more cold items.. ham/cheese etc. No sweet pastry. Breakfast at cafe - average.. ordered hot milk.. but it nv come. Maybe nobody order hot milk before. Location is on high ground. Many slope & stairs…

Altitude:Level 36 High Tea. Had a fantastic experience at the gorgeous High Tea on Level 36. The service was excellent. We went for the unlimited bubbles on the menu and we were topped up continuously so def good value. Staff were attentive but not over bearing. They just arrived at the perfect time. We were the last to leave but didn’t feel rushed either. The food was excellent. And very yum! They catered for non seafood and bought a beautiful extra plate for a friend who’s bday it was. Of course the views are next level over the best Harbour in the world! Highly recommend for a special occasion or if you just want to be a tourist in your own city (as we were)

Had a high tea with my in-laws and it was fabulous. The food was amazing. Service was even better really. Our server Mandy was so attentive from start to finish and so friendly with our family. Really mad the experience so enjoyable
