We are locals and are always looked after to perfection by Barb. We just had a fabulous night hosted by Skye and Tee, and I have to acknowledge how awesome they were. Their work ethic, personalities and service was wonderful. They really helped the atmosphere and made the night such a fun experience. They worked so hard to please a diverse group of people,and I believe that credit must be given to them for their professionalism. It is rare to receive such good service nowadays. I hope that this review, and our thanks, is passed onto both girls, and also to Barb. We look forward to many more fabulous outings at the OB. Thank you Jon & Justine, Umina Beach.

My wife and I went into have a drink and a play in the gaming area, upon arrival we were greeted by the bubbly Barb! Barb was great. She got us drinks and snacks and made sure we were well looked after for our entire visit. She kept the gaming area spotless even though she got quite busy. We frequent quite a few venues on the coast but have never met anyone as warm and friendly as Barb. We came back the next day just for the great service and once again she didn’t disappoint! 10/10 all round. We will definitely become regulars now.

Has absolutely impressed me. Food was amazing, quick and everything flowed really well, no waiting, no lines, still a couple of hundred of people here: just really impressive. Food quality was amazing, never ran out of food, staff were extremely helpful. Fantastic price point. Honestly could have charged us more and I would have been happy to pay. Well done Team.

Had a very poor dining experience here. Staff were working very hard but the food was nothing special, took an hour and not everything arrived. The bistro wasn’t even full, just poorly organised. Better to hit local restaurants.

I want to extend a huge thank you to all the dedicated staff who worked tirelessly on Christmas Day! If you’re considering a festive meal next year, I can’t recommend the Christmas Day lunch at Ocean Beach Hotel enough. The spread was impressive, featuring an incredible variety of delicious food. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience—polite, helpful, and truly accommodating. Don’t miss out next year!
