Coral Sea Resort is a beautiful four-star resort offering nice rooms with nice amenities. The shower is good (rain shower), and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant's QR ordering system is very convenient, allowing you to order food from the beach bed and have it delivered directly to you. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot near the ocean, providing amazing views and a great atmosphere. It's also conveniently close to the main road and walking street, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and other attractions. However, the spa services need improvement. Reaching them via email was difficult, with inconsistent, delayed or no responses. Implementing an online booking system or an online booking form for spa appointments would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We have stayed at CSMR several times in the last 10 years and it is always a tropical haven. We loved it so much we recently got married there. The Events team are incredible! Right from engaging their services two years out, there was constant, reliable communication and support. Nothing was too much trouble. The team really looked after us and our guest and made it one to remember. On the day the team were amazing. They were efficient and organised, like a very well oiled machine. Even though the weather ruined our original plans, they came up with plans A,B and C and knew exactly what and when to execute each one. All the while, being friendly and personable. The only thing they could’ve done better was to make the sun come out.

Who doesn't love Airlie Beach! Upon arrival at the Coral Sea Resort, my sister & I were greeted by a beautiful, friendly lady who continued to be so helpful throughout our stay. The staff at the restaurant & bar were charming & attentive. The food was to die for. The views from our clean, well catered room was breath taking. The location of the resort was great. A short walk from the bustling main area of town that was a real pleasure to visit.....walk in the opposite direction from the resort & you're at the Marina with more hospitality venues. The tour staff were full of stories about the area & so laid back & friendly. It was very enjoyable & relaxing. I have much more to do so I'll be back. Thank you to everyone at the Coral Sea Resort. Amazing location staff friendly all amenities clean and perfect! Pool area stunning. It would be the absolute perfect venue for a wedding of your dreams. Great cocktails too! The view from all angles stunning and gym has everything you need and more and a view. Breakfast divine. 12/10 rating

My family and I dined here tonight the place is amazing the food was lovely and the views are beautiful … however what made our night was our gorgeous waitress Estrella … she really made our night she was attentive and funny and was full of knowledge from cocktails entrees mains and desserts. Highly recommend we will definitely be back. Thank you Estrella and the rest of the team 🥰
