Unexpected porn in the upstairs men’s bathroom. My sons held the door open to the men’s next to the gym so I could see “the weird porn”. The women’s bathroom has floral wall paper and pretty lights, the men’s has a big photo of a nude woman with her legs spread right as you open the door. I’m not quite sure what it’s trying to achieve. Our stay was lovely otherwise.

Very basic facilities, room only has one towel for each adult, no bathrobe,slippers or sufficient amenities in the bathroom (three kid/fun sized soaps and that's all that was provided), and only one blanket- which you would not expect from any four star hotel. The room service menu is extremely limited and overpriced. They charge you $10 to bring food to your room- this should be part of the flower experience at any hotel four stars and over.

For an Airport Hotel we found it very very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean and bed was very comfortable. Had one of the best breakfasts here. Highly recommend 👌

We stayed one night at Rydges Gold Coast Airport in the Coastal Deluxe room. While the room was a bit smaller than expected and the view was of the car park, the overall experience was great. The service at the desk was exceptional — check-in and check-out were both fast and incredibly friendly. We were able to check in 15 minutes early without any hassle, and we appreciated being allowed to leave our hire car out front for collection without needing to go down to the paid parking. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the foyer, which is quite spectacular. Breakfast and WiFi were included, though we had to check out early before breakfast started at 6 AM. Overall, a lovely experience, just shy of 5 stars due to the room size and view, but everything else was top-notch.

Stop over after a late flight. Great spot that's only a 2 min walk from the terminals. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped. Bar downstairs was good and the included breakfast was a surprise with loads of selections
