Thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Unfortunately we had to request to change rooms due to a smell coming from the bathroom. It was all done with absolutely no issues at all. They were very understanding and very responsive to our request. I wouldn’t choose the Executive Concourse room again as it’s at the far end of the building and a limited view of the tarmac. The staff were all wonderful.

Such a great hotel! The loveliest staff in all departments. Everyone was so smiley and friendly, the best team I have seen in a long time. Amber the reservations manager was incredible! She was so beautifully presented with the most sincere smile that made us feel so welcome. She really made our stay and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Food and drinks downstairs were also fantastic! Highly recommend checking in the night before you fly and start your vacation early. Thank you to all the beautiful team at Rydges Gold Coast.

Stayed at Rydges Gold Coast Airport and couldn’t be more impressed! The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly convenient being right next to the terminal. But what really stood out was the service—especially from Chris, the Food & Beverage Manager. Chris was absolutely amazing. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked into the restaurant. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for guests really elevated the whole experience. Whether it was a casual drink or a full meal, Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel not just for the location, but for the outstanding hospitality. Fantastic location right across from the Gold Coast Airport — perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Check-in was smooth and easy. The restaurant offers great food options, and the hotel also has a well-equipped gym and a nice swimming pool. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A great stay overall!

Stayed at Rydges while my wife was at John Flynn hospital. Only 5mins away great location. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I had to extend my stay twice and they made everything seemless and were happy to help wherever they could, definitely one of the friendliest and best hotels on the Gold Coast
