If you have an early flight it is a very convenient location. 100m walk and you are in the terminal. Other than that you probably wouldn't stay there, I mean it is at the airport, not near the cafes, restaurants etc. Room clean and tidy. A nespresso machine would be nice, but no. Check in/out staff were friendly and helpful, even gave us complimentary room upgrade and drinks voucher. Bar service was good. A lot more convenient to wait there for your flight, check your backs in, then go back to the hotel until 45 minutes before your flight. A lot better than airport waiting.

I experienced the most pleasant service from every reception staff member from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with genuine welcoming smiles and it was so refreshing. Kelly and the rest of the staff were amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great service. Additionally, the location and fantastic facilities were great. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be stopping in again soon. Thanks for restoring my faith in excellent customer service.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rydges Gold Coast Airport. Iām a local and have stayed here several times. Level 6 is perfect if you love planes ā room 626 is larger with great runway and ocean views. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, great showers and TVs. Staff are always friendly at check-in, check-out and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is fresh, well priced and always well stocked. I had room service and the fish and chips were delicious. Thanks to the young man who delivered it (Alan) ā very friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent ā great swimming pool, gym, conference rooms and a beautiful rooftop bar with awesome food and views. Parking is also excellent. Overall this hotel is excellent. Highly recommended.

Stayed for three nights after a quick getaway with my daughter. We wanted to maximise our time on the Goldie and decided to stay here so we had more time (early and late check in and check out!), less travel time, a pool, a buffet breakky and a lovely hotel. It met all our expectations - thak you so much! The walk to the beach is only 10 minutes - easy!

Amazing communication before and during our stay. It was so nice to have staff at the front desk 24/7 to answer any questions and assist. All staff were very friendly and easy to speak with. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay. Our room was ready early also so we could get to a wedding in NSW so muchly appreciated! Will recommend to friends and family needing to stay in this location š
