For an airport hotel it's honestly hard to fault. Service when we arrived was great. Room was clean and comfortable. They have a rooftop bar available if you want a drink which is nice to watch the planes take off from. Be aware they have limited parking spots so try and get in as close to check-in time as you can or you'll be stuck in the budget car park. We got lucky and got a parking space. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and all super fresh.

Stayed here for the evening as it was convenient. Can't get any closer to the terminal. Room was of a good size. Used the gym which was great. Pool was a good size. Gets the morning sun. Had dinner in the restaurant which was tasty. Breakfast was quite good too. Staff on checkin and out were efficient and restaurant staff were happy and friendly.

I stayed here during my visit to Gold coast during the summer and my overall stay experience was very pleasant. The hotel is located just beside the airport, if you're arriving by bus/train, the station is located in walking range. The main attractions being the surfers paradise, the beaches and the wildlife sanctuary are all accessible with direct buses from this station. The room itself was great, spacious, clean and felt modern. The staff was friendly and accommodated our request for a last minute change to get a twin bed room. I didn't get to experience the dining area but the hotel was giving a free drink if you wanted one. I'd recommend this hotel as a good place to stay if you're in the gold coast

Due to a cancellation in our flight, we ended up staying the day and night. Thank you to all the staff they were lovely and a special thanks to Aaron, who my daughter enjoyed her little conversation with him. Pool was really nice and the rooms were perfect. A lifesaver with an early flight the next morning. And the mattress was amazing. Thank you. We also had dinner upstairs and we enjoyed the food. Thanks again.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Convenient location. Despite being at the airport, there was no aircraft noise. Nice pool, cool rooftop dining with views of planes taking off one side and the ocean on the other. Meals were good and reasonably priced. Rydges would be my preferred hotel in the area.
