Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities were excellent — we especially loved the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and never too crowded. It was the perfect way to unwind or start the day feeling refreshed. The buffet breakfast each morning was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. Location-wise, this hotel couldn’t be better. It's perfectly situated for tourists looking to see the city's top sights by day and dive into the vibrant nightlife in the evening. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely be recommending it to friends and family. A truly memorable stay!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Stayed 4 nights and the overall experience was average at best. Really bland, dated and impractical room design (one dining chair and one extremely uncomfortable corner chair are the only places to sit in a 31m2 room, absolutely no shelf space anywhere, very poorly designed and furnished). Add to that stained carpets, holes in bed linen, chipped furniture, mouldy window frames... I could go on. House keeping didn’t vacuum the floors and failed to replenish basics like milk and body lotion every day. There were bags of rubbish left outside the service room near lifts for hours every day. Pool bar staff were unwelcoming and disinterested in service. Ordering room service was a comedy of errors (empty salt shakers given twice, warm beer sent in an ice bucket, missing items in order, very unapologetic and rude service from the female staff member from the bar who brought up our room service order). Service was generally very poor other than the 2 ladies of Asian origin at reception and the tall gentleman with a European accent at concierge. Ken at concierge was particularly rude and seems to hate his job. Other than the location, nothing else was memorable.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt for my sister’s wedding, and I can’t praise the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. They went above and beyond, even executing undercover missions to ensure the wedding room was set up perfectly! They handled a few lost keys with ease, and the valet parking was a lifesaver. The staff were incredibly attentive, always around the corner when we needed help, and it truly felt like personal service throughout our stay. Room service was fast and efficient, which was a nice touch, especially during such a busy weekend. The buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding was also amazing—so many options and everything was delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day after such a big event. A huge thank you to everyone at the Hyatt for looking after us and making our stay and wedding weekend stress-free. You made everything seamless and unforgettable!

Great location and beautiful comfortable and clean room. Pools amazing too. But the best are the staffs. Winston and Jenny makes us feel comfortable and accomodating. The services are 5 star and we will definitely be back!

Comfortable bed, perfect location and great service. Most of all, friendly and caring driver Wallace, was the best of the best-!!! He surprised us when we got off the bus, with cute and precious dolls(koala, kangaroo and bunny). He made my day, my tiredness from the long journey(from Dubai to Brisbane), was just washed off from his kind gesture. Looking forward to visit and meet these wonderful people!! Thank you :)
