EDIT REVIEW FROM 2022: I guess all good things come to an end. So did their service and level of professionalism. I would not recommend. REVIEW FROM 2020: As a start up I found the environment of having an private office and collaborative spaces very beneficial to my business growth. Because of Servcorp I was able to network with some really likeminded and driven business people - where I've been able to improve my own business because of that. Highly recommended.

EDIT: 5 to 2 stars I'll leave my original review in place, but downgrade from 5 to 2 stars. Unfortunately upon finishing my lease with Servcorp there is a sneaky "3 month forced virtual office" cost to "transition" out. It's a hidden in plain sight situation, but i'd say overall a less than desireable business practice, and completely unnecessary. It's the kind of ruthless business practice that makes you never want to deal with the company ever again, instead of potentially using their services in the future. ________ I have used a few serviced offices over the years. My experience with the Servcorp team so far has been fantastic. They are professional and friendly, respond to every query in a timely manner and they set a good culture to work around. I searched all over Brisbane CBD, West End/Southbank, Milton & Toowong for the right fit. The space is good value for money and I got exactly what I was sold which is refreshing. I can comfortably recommend checking this particular office if you are in the market for it.

Very impressive service and having used another serviced office provider in Brisbane, (in a very similar location) it's been a no brainer choosing Servcorp for my requirements this time around. They may be a little more expensive compared to their immediate competition, but in terms of service, worth every $. The staff have been friendly, informative, welcoming, professional and approachable, as well as fun to be around which is all I could have asked for. They are clearly the industry leader in Brisbane and would recommend them highly to anybody looking for a permanent or a flexible workplace. Thanks guys! :)

Great location, management and company. They made my life much easier by analysing my situation and offering me some perfect solutions to save me time and in turn, make my company more money! Starting a company is difficult enough but by using Servcorp Brisbane and Krystle Ross as my account manager, they really did take away alot of the stress! Great help and true professionals! Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 3 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
