A real surprise for me. Not much experience staying at airport hotels. However the place is spotless and rooms were excellent. Clean , high ceilings and the food quality was very good. Service from Layla on reception was quick and efficient and very helpful. Santiago in the bistro restaurant was great a very charming and friendly young man who knew his job. Biggest impression was the space and cleanliness and very calm feeling across quite a stylish and welcoming decor

The worst thing about this experience was that we were woken up by an alarm at 2:30am (I'm assuming it was set by previous guest). If you provide an alarm clock in the room, you should clear it before the next guest. One minor gripe was that we only had 2 mugs in the room while we booked a room for 4 people. I also couldn't figure out how to use the in-room phone to call reception so I had to use my mobile. Underground parking was very full. I had to park in a spot that was partially occupied by excess hotel equipment. Not cool considering you charge extra for this parking. Also, there were a lot of staff only spots allocated. I feel this was stupid because you have a large outdoor car park for staff only. Don't boast about excellence when you can't do the basics.

Handy airport location. Check in staff friendly. Room tidy BUT air con VERY loud and couldn’t have it running while trying to go to sleep. Arrived at midnight and ordered pizza it arrived barely cooked and cold, had to walk down to reception to sort it out - another one arrived marginally better but still NOT cooked. It was the middle of the night and I was exhausted after long flight so not great after a long day of travelling. Would I stay here again or recommend probably not and I definitely wouldn’t order food based on this experience as it’s really expensive!

Great hotel that we will use again. Room was v/nice and well furnished. Shower was great and bath towels were really large. Nice to have large towels when your a big guy. The food here was also great.

Wow, this was NOT WORTH the massive price tag. I expect better from the Novotel. I asked for crockery and cutlery for my room; I'd had dental surgery and couldn't eat at the restaurant. I chased it twice with reception as well as going down to the restaurant, and it still took 50 MINUTES. I even asked at the restaurant if I could carry it to the room myself, and the front of house guy was chewing gum and sweaty and wouldn't give it to me. Room service eventually turned up and apologised profusely as she had been sent on a wild goose chase to another floor and room. The TV did not work. There was audio for some channels, not video. It is an extra $25 for parking! Give this hotel a miss and go somewhere professional.
