Spacious clean and tidy venue. Only went into gaming area. Off street parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary hot drinks and soft drinks in the gaming area. Observed patrons doing the scumbag tactic of reserving a machine and then going and playing another. And then trying to whinge when after 5 minutes I pulled off the reserve sign and had a go. I'm ruthless on the 5 minute rule. If your not going to the toilet, bar or atm.. or having a cigarette it's fair game. Didn't win anything so in the end it didn't matter

Food tastes very good, it is served up nicely and we don’t have a long wait for our meals. However I should say that I do have young children and always come here at 5:30pm/ 6pm for dinner, so maybe we beat the rush! For us, we love sitting outside while our kids run around in the fully fenced playground. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is that I find the food quite expensive.

Spare yourself the disappointment, this hotel has got to be one of the worst run in Brisbane. The Accommodations are below 2 star rating, the food is non existent (renovations have been going on for months and do not look like opening until early next year), The ATM's do not work properly and has been reported to, and ignored by staff... Since the new management took over (now Victorian owned), this place has really gone down hill... I would not recommend going here and after going here for over 20 years, I will not be returning...This is my own personal opinion, but hey, judge for yourself........

ndly Disliked · For the price of the property was very let down. Facility very shabby in appearance and didn't look anything like the photos. Even finding where to check in was difficult (turned out to be in main bar). I would say it was more like a motel then hotel.The rooms were in a stand alone building away from hotel ammenities. the Room was very small considering it was suppose to be a superior queen room. The bed was a small double bed and uncomfortable (couldn't sleep at all). The facility was lit up all night and blared through the curtains and under the door. Left at 7.30am as just wanted to get out of there and go home to sleep. As myself and partner don't get to go out very often was very disappointed by our experience

Bistro was getting renovated and staff were not very helpful, and slammed our meals down on the table. Schnitzels were dry over cooked and the salad was mainly cabbage with half a cherry tomato and was inedible. I won't be returning in a hurry!
