Gorgeous hotel! True Australian luxury! The service was impeccable and I thoroughly enjoyed a their great hospitality. Pool, gym and library were all in excellent condition. Mini fridge well stocked. I loved the Dyson straightener and hair dryer too. Plenty of parking around the streets near the hotel.

We had a very short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the service outstanding. Mind you we didn’t pay full room rate $640 per night and probably wouldn’t given the feel of the hotel seems to be the “it place” for anyone and the hotel restaurants very pricey. Local alternatives all very “Bris Vegas” but The Green (a short stroll away) was excellent.

This hotel is in a class of its own. Unbelievable hospitality, the staff are friendly and attentive. The decor is elite, and food is sensational. The rooms are massive and beds were very comfy. The pool is stunning and heated, beautiful in winter. Cant wait to come back!!!

This is absolutely not a Brisbane breakfast location. We arrived for breakfast, staff couldn’t tell us if a table was available or not. We waited 20 minutes only to discover the staff had forgotten we had arrived and had to wait for the “Host” to come back. No one could tell us when the Host would be back or where they were. Needless to say we left the very confused staff with the mystery of the missing host and went to another great place called Bellissimo on the next street over.

Unfortunately, we found a mother cockroach and a baby one in our room. This was especially upsetting since we booked the room for what was meant to be our honeymoon. Seeing the cockroaches was very unpleasant. Sadly, we won’t be coming back. It’s surprising to have these issues given the service promised on your website.
