I booked the room with bathtub. When I arrived the room, there is only a shower inside. The reception said they are fully booking and couldn’t do anything for me. Need to wait for the manager contact me around three days after. I waited for four days, didn’t receive any phone or email. The room is on the ground floor. There are two French windows. The French windows didn’t lock and the curtain was closed. The kings size mattress was broken and combine with two single. You would roll to middle side when you sleep on it. Doesn’t matter you lie on right or left side. The pillows are very thick and hard. The signal is very bad as well. Better to check everything when you arrive in the room. Or you might have the better option.

The resort was well located with beautiful gardens. Service was great and amenities were good. The only downside would be the outdated room. If they updated with a smart TV and a better fridge (one that has a freezer that works) it would have notched up another star. Over all though very happy with our stay

Great location if you don’t want or need to be right in the centre of town. Room & resort was clean, but the only downfall was the apartments aren’t soundproof like some hotel rooms are, so afternoon naps are interrupted by a lot of noise. Breakfast was practical & convenient, but not fancy. Enjoyed it here, especially the swim up bar.

We stayed here from the 20th - 25th of December, and just came home this morning. The rooms were okay, although the sheets had some sort of markings on them, there was a lot of mould in the showers, the lamp shade and the curtains in front of the glass door were also very dirty. The manager that served us in the restaurant was friendly and approachable, and the girls at the front desk were super bubbly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay overall, although I felt that the cleanliness of the rooms were disappointing.

Had a family of 7 stay here and we had 3 rooms. First once we checked in we were told the wifi is down. Then we got to the rooms and none of the internal phones worked. Along with no wifi there is limited mobile phone reception also. Then one of the rooms had a complete drain blockage in the shower and we couldn’t use that bathroom. Then the air conditioner in the kids room wasn’t working. We were told it would be fixed on Saturday and they called an external technician to replace the unit. At 3pm once we finally saw maintenance on Saturday they told us no one was replacing the unit until Tuesday after we checked out. If we had known this we would have left the hotel and booked elsewhere as it is 35+ degrees each day and boiling hot. The kids sweat themselves to sleep it’s awful. There are also no fresh towels anywhere for the rooms or even for the pool so you are reusing room and pool towels. Absolutely disgusting! Then the pool area has zero mattresses for the pool chairs, you’re sitting on hard slats. Not an ideal place for a holiday. Not to mention the dirty rooms and cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. Even if it was free it would have been horrid. However the staff are very friendly and trying to help, unfortunately they are stretched too thin.
