Very happy with our stay, we love the Oaks it is always very relaxing here. It gives us the relaxing vibes we want away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay amongst the nature. The birds are everywhere here you will hear frogs in the ponds singing. Your room will be well air conditioned we had 2 air conditioners in our room with the pool just over our gate. The staff our all so lovely a great place to come chill and unwind. We have stayed at most of the hotels in Port Douglas but we always come back here because it just gives us that relaxing feeling without too much fuss.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment had all of the comforts that we needed and the highlight of our stay was the time spent relaxing in the pool. The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially Ginny. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect for everyone. Has everything you would expect from Oaks including good sized, well serviced rooms and apartments. Can get restaurant and bar service from around the pool, so why not indulge? This is definitely suitable for families. Kids absolutely love it. Little ones and big ones.

Great experience. Very clean and quiet room. Pool was great. Laundry facilities a bit out of the way but okay. Can be a bit of a journey lugging your bags from the carpark to the room but not too far in most cases. Staff were very friendly.

We spent five wonderful nights at the Oaks Resort and would stay again in an instant. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, reception is 24 hrs which is always a comfort to know. We had breakfast included in our booking and we looked forward to going to the Oak and Vine restaurant each day, the setting of the restaurant is just beautiful. The pool area is my favourite place, plenty of areas to sun bake and a swim up bar that also provides food makes it a very pleasant spot to spend the afternoon. The resort is a bit out of town but then again most of the big resorts are, it’s not a problem if you have a hire car, but if not there is a shuttle service for fee. All in all the Oaks ticked all the boxes for a relaxing holiday.
