We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. We had the Executive Marina view room and the view was magnificent. The Hotel is in the perfect location within walking distance to the cruise terminal and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean with lots of seating available. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

An incredible experience… wonderful location, views and facilities. The staff are happy and appear to be valued, which always says a lot about any hotel. Incredibly clean with luxurious bedding, towels and robes. Felt really spoilt, brilliant value for money!

Really lovely hotel in the heart of the marina precinct. I can't star the rooms 5* as the cabinet in there did not allow me to open the drawer and was extremely old. They don't work and need replacing. Aside from that the hotel is in a great location, very clean. Great showers!

Location was great. We left one day at 7am for a Great Barrier Reef tour and returned at 5pm and came back to our room and it had not been cleaned. We called down to the desk to get fresh towels and they said they would bring them up right away (we wanted to shower after being out all day) and it took them 45 mins to bring us towels. By then we just showered with our used towels because we had a dinner reservation to get to. We also went to the horizon lounge at 7:15am and the doors were locked. It was supposed be open at 7am and we had an early morning flight. When I checked out we asked them about comping the extra person room charge due to the bad experience and they were unwilling. I am unsure how this hotel is rated 5 stars. I have never had this poor treatment at a 5 star hotel.

Nothing to say, the name speaks for itself. Perfect in every way. Central location in the heart of Cairns, A property with modern, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. Impeccable service, taking care of every guest. A guarantee. I recommend it to anyone for an experience beyond the usual hotels.
