Stayed 5 nights with my wife and 2 children. For me this is not a 5star hotel, but you get what you pay for and the hotel was still excellent. We all loved the pool area, it was large and the kids loved it. The pool bar had all you needed and excellent service. All staff from the moment you arrive were very helpful and nice. Location was spot on, a short walk to all that you need. Our room was a deluxe sea view room, and did have a great view. The room was good and quiet. The only negative from our stay was the house keeping. Cleaning, changing bedding not to 5star standard.

This was a great place to stay. Although rated at 5 stars I'd rate the hotel itself at 4 based on age and things becoming a little used and worn down which happens to any hotel given time. The restaurant, service, staff, coffee shop and quality were all exceptional and 5 star. Pool was really enjoyable and the place is family friendly with a nice relaxed vibe. It's location is also very convenient too.

We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. We had the Executive Marina view room and the view was magnificent. The Hotel is in the perfect location within walking distance to the cruise terminal and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean with lots of seating available. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

The check in was efficient and seamless. The staff lovely and helpful. The hotel needs some improvements as it is looking a little shabby and the pool area had broken and torn umbrellas, broken pool ladder and an area of damage to the main pool tiles. The pool snacks very over priced and average. Our room had a very noisy cabinet door that enclosed the fridge which was very annoying. The TV had a connection issue and we were unable to stream any programs. Not a five star hotel although five star prices. This was our third time staying but probably will look else where next time

Nothing to say, the name speaks for itself. Perfect in every way. Central location in the heart of Cairns, A property with modern, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. Impeccable service, taking care of every guest. A guarantee. I recommend it to anyone for an experience beyond the usual hotels.
