Stayed 5 nights with my wife and 2 children. For me this is not a 5star hotel, but you get what you pay for and the hotel was still excellent. We all loved the pool area, it was large and the kids loved it. The pool bar had all you needed and excellent service. All staff from the moment you arrive were very helpful and nice. Location was spot on, a short walk to all that you need. Our room was a deluxe sea view room, and did have a great view. The room was good and quiet. The only negative from our stay was the house keeping. Cleaning, changing bedding not to 5star standard.

For us, the above categories (Rooms, Service and Location) about the hotel is FANTASTIC! Our room is Huge, looking out towards the city And the water, having a wall of windows the entire length of the room looking at the city and mountains, as well as having a balcony overlooking the water. The service is Splendid, the people taking your luggage right away and helping you to your room, asking if there is anything else they can do! That might be due to the room we got, but we hadn't even checked in yet and they don't know us, so I suspect they try to do that with every guest, if they don't have a large group checking in. The Location is Superb, walking distance to the esplanade, many restaurants and shops, a Marina to get on the tours taking you to the various reefs, on and on.... The food is more expensive than we are used to, but that is everywhere in the World now, and if u are going on a vacation, u might as well enjoy yourself and save up more for it, prior to going, OR, just stay home!

This was a great place to stay. Although rated at 5 stars I'd rate the hotel itself at 4 based on age and things becoming a little used and worn down which happens to any hotel given time. The restaurant, service, staff, coffee shop and quality were all exceptional and 5 star. Pool was really enjoyable and the place is family friendly with a nice relaxed vibe. It's location is also very convenient too.

We only spent two nights here, but the food is good and the rooms are nice. The breakfast buffet is nice with several options, and dinner at the backyard and waterbar is great! The staff are friendly and I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended coming here if your plan is to spend time at the marina, the hotel is adjacent.

The check in was efficient and seamless. The staff lovely and helpful. The hotel needs some improvements as it is looking a little shabby and the pool area had broken and torn umbrellas, broken pool ladder and an area of damage to the main pool tiles. The pool snacks very over priced and average. Our room had a very noisy cabinet door that enclosed the fridge which was very annoying. The TV had a connection issue and we were unable to stream any programs. Not a five star hotel although five star prices. This was our third time staying but probably will look else where next time
