We had a beautiful night. Atmosphere was so good. Great place to host a 21st Birthday. Actually everyone was enjoying the area unfortunately we couldn't be outside the deck due to weather predictions. Services & Great food. The Area is a feeling of a Party VibeZ. Everyone enjoyed the night even Birthday Boy. I would definitely come back. Thank you Esme !

This is our second stay here, overnight before early flights, as we live over two hours from Cairns. Our room was great again - spacious, spotless and a great view of city, hills and the river. The next morning, after dropping my partner at the airport, I decided to try their (expensive) breakfast. The food was good, but the filter coffee must be the worst in Queensland. I asked for a machine coffee (as did others) but had to pay extra. We will stay again, but I'll stick to my favourite cafes that have great coffee, for breakfast.

Overall, a pleasant stay at The Benson Hotel. The room was very beautiful and well-equipped with a microwave and cutlery. The veg, light breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is good—swimming goggles are recommended as the water is salty. On the second day, the room was not made. When we informed reception, they said it would be cleaned the next morning, but we checked out before that.

Older but well maintained premises. Well located to the city and convention centre. On-site dinning and bar with competitive pricing. Happy hour at the bar was good with a small taster plater supplied with your drinks (on the evening we were there). Rooms were well maintained and had the essential items.

We had such a wonderful stay! The cocktails by the pool were absolutely delicious, and the Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything about this place made us feel relaxed and welcomed. I would definitely come back again without hesitation!
