Overall, a pleasant stay at The Benson Hotel. The room was very beautiful and well-equipped with a microwave and cutlery. The veg, light breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is good—swimming goggles are recommended as the water is salty. On the second day, the room was not made. When we informed reception, they said it would be cleaned the next morning, but we checked out before that.

We had a beautiful night. Atmosphere was so good. Great place to host a 21st Birthday. Actually everyone was enjoying the area unfortunately we couldn't be outside the deck due to weather predictions. Services & Great food. The Area is a feeling of a Party VibeZ. Everyone enjoyed the night even Birthday Boy. I would definitely come back. Thank you Esme !

Overall, a wonderful property! The rooms are modern and comfortable, and while some of the common areas feel slightly dated, it’s nothing major. The location is fantastic—very walkable and convenient. I did notice a bit of street noise, but it wasn’t anything too disruptive. I’d definitely stay here again!

I’m leaving this review as a person who witnessed an incident, not about my stay. On December 29th around 9pm, the night receptionist aggressively spoke to a food delivery driver in front of several guests, repeatedly telling him not to leave the order at the front desk and to call the customer (despite the customer having asked for it to be left at reception) The interaction was humiliating and completely unprofessional. Hospitality should be about respect and empathy toward everyone, not just paying guests. This behaviour reflected very poorly on the hotel.
