A wonderful place to stay! Very centrally located, tasteful decor throughout, well-appointed rooms with cool tones and all amenities. Off the main street so nice and quiet too. Staff are extremely professional and courteous. Bed is super comfortable. While this hotel does not have fancy electronic controls etc that other five-star competitors might boast about, it actually makes for a much more hassle-free and smooth stay!

The service is absolutely disgusting, I pre paid the room and they went and charged me again.!! They said oh we can refund you, but it won't be in till mid week which we were relying on this money to get us home and to get throughthe day. STAFF just SHRUG THEIR SHOULDERS AND SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.. Edit: eventually they were helpful, bed was super comfy glad it was for only one night.. hopefully next time if we stay it will be a better experience

Clean, safe, comfortable room. Well stocked bar and fridge with all kinds of snacks. Had a coffee machine in the room as well. The beds and Pillows are so comfy. Room service beef burger soo soo good you havto try. Easy and professional late night check in. Highly recommend this hotel to all.

Stayed at the Rydges in fortitude valley for one night with some friends for a night out and we all enjoyed it. The beds were neat and the aircon worked, which was a bonus however the bathroom had an old mop smell. Which wasn’t too powerful but it was a little annoying especially with no vents. The pool and gym was throughly enjoyed aswell. We also got the buffet breakfast in the morning which for $34 each was quite worth it, with unlimited coffee, juice and hot food as well as fruit. Especially considering if you go out to a local cafe you end up paying that price for half of that. For a one night stay in basically the middle of the valley, close to clubs and bars, we were glad we stayed! Recommend
