Encountered several things that we thought should be or should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Young man that booked us in initially failed to direct us to the correct under cover parking location. Entered our room only to find insufficient towels in the bathroom which was quickly remedied after my wife contacted the front desk Room pillows are way too soft even when using both failed to give adequate support. The Restaurant staff were exceptional at dinner time. Very helpful, polite and accommodating. (the best experience of our stay).The food was delicious though a little on the pricey side. Morning Buffet breakfast was pretty much the Norm, nothing really of note.

Lovely wait, staff. The food was tasty and no complaints about the quality. However, you have some serious food delivery issues in the restaurant dining room. 25 min wait for the entre, which was a very simple dish of Turkish dipping bread. Over 1 hour wait for Scotch Fillet. Obviously, there are some food scheduling and staffing issues in the kitchen. Responsibility falls on the management of the hotel for allowing service levels to be below average.

More than I thought it would be. Room 522 was fantastic, very clean, corner unit looking at Brisbane at night and around to the airport. Love that I could log into Disney. Only thing was the room service menu was not working on my phone so I just didn’t order anything.

My family and I went to the hotel to have dinner and we enjoyed the time we spent there. Cesar and Layla were our waiters and they were very good and receptive. Tim was the manager in the restaurant and he was very polite and helpful. The food was great and the whole family loved. Great thanks to the staff for the reception in the hotel!

The rooms were very nice and well cleaned, I stayed in other hotels and they were not as clean as Novotel is. The only bad part is that it says it has a pool but it doesn’t, it’s under construction. The food was amazing from the beginning til the end, our waiter Cesar was very attentive and kind and so was Kaidan. Thanks for the chefs for preparing the beautiful meal we just had
