Took my 7yr old grand daughter & she loved it. These rides are perfect for little ones with some for grown up kids. Kept us busy all day & we went on a Monday. For the kids rides, under 10min but for the bigger rides under 45 min. Food is very expensive though.

Great theme park with some fun rides! A great day out for family and friends! Great animal exhibits and some great thrill rides. Also plenty of child friendly rides, you can definitely tell it’s aimed at younger families, but still a great day out for anyone.

Amazing experience. Loads of fun. Outside of qld school holidays the lines weren't too long, and we had a great day. The dining pass was great value, but the food was so so.

At times, it is a long waiting period of roughly 1 hour per ride. Time waiting can be dramatically increased by the large number of groups using "skip the cue" passes. For $160 per person, they deserve the right, but the wait it puts on the rest of the public can be absurd. The amount of out of service rides, not including the schedule for maintenance rides, is a real disappointment. The 3d ride had mechanical failures, and the big red boat was out of service but not due for maintenance or listed online on the day off or leading up, too ... train ride was also reduced to half the track. Meals are expensive, but the size makes up for it. They have definitely made an improvement from the days of the past where you wouldn't bother. They are now 100% better than Movie World at this time. The place does lack atmosphere as all Queensland theme parks do, unfortunately. The lack of on the ground entertainment has become a disappointing norm across all gold coast theme parks. The new Bilby Centre is super cute. Although the rest of the animal enclosures need maintenance, they definitely give the vibe of ... let's run it into the ground before we get rid of or fix it. The upgrade to the tiger enclosures is very pleasing. Overall, dreamworld offers a lot to do, which definitely can't be done in a day. Acquiring passes is recommended.

[Not open on ANZAC Day, 25 Apr, and Christmas so plan accordingly!] Decent theme park with a couple of interesting rides. Steel Taipan was a little bit of a letdown as it was short with not much highly thrilling sections apart from the beginning. Good thing was the queue isnt very long (5-10min) if you go right at the start when the park opens. Recommend the Serpent Slayer, go for wild not mild! It was a crazy experience going 360 at varying speeds. The Gold Coaster was decent as well, the rough high speed turns and inversions with sudden jolts add to the ride experience. Sky Voyager is a good option to relax and chill from the outside heat. The experience is pretty cool. Be warned the queue can be quite long. Overall, most of the rides have quite decent waiting times (apart from sky voyager and motocoaster). The animal enclosures and the close encounters with kangaroo and koalas are a good touch as well. Worth to visit!
