We stayed over the Easter long weekend. Great location to access both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and very close to most of the theme parks. Our room was great, and the resort grounds are lovely with so much room for children to run around. Cove Cafe was extremely busy for breakfast service over the long weekend - despite some of the rudeness/impatience of patrons - the staff worked tirelessly to turn things over and ensure things were running as best as possible. All the staff we interacted with during our stay were accommodating, helpful, and polite.

I’ve stayed here before (2015), had a business function, had my companies located in the Marine Village and been a Hope Island resident for many years. This visit (3 nights) I found the room (K suite) to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor. It poured the night I arrived however buggied help was almost immediately available. Staff have been very courteous. Their green policy is great, helping to save our precious resources.

Exceptional service from all the staff at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. A beautiful hotel, with excellent facilities, with most things repaired and in running order just days after a cyclone. The pools are beautiful, the restaurants and bar great and it’s very close by to other marina restaurants and shops. What stood out was the customer service. Text message check ins and quick responses were brilliant. Loic in particular showed personalised service and care not often found in hotels nowadays. He looked after my family when one of our members had a bit of an emergency. Really exceptional stuff. Thanks to the whole crew!

We had the most amazing 3 nights stay! Could not fault this hotel! Service was fantastic from all staff, breakfast had a great selection, the room was a great size! The Lagoon pool was spectacular! Shout out to the two amazing bar staff on Friday night! Keep up the great work everyone, we are looking forward yo visiting again very soon!!

We stayed during school holidays and we had the BEST time ever. Staff are amazing and go over and beyond. The buffet breakfast was endless and lagoon had great cocktails. Bonus to see all of the kangaroos and birds onsite. We will definitely be back.
