We only stayed for one night, but the location and views were fantastic. The room and bed were comfortable; however, the property does feel quite outdated and would benefit from a refresh. In particular, the silicone work around the shower screen was poorly done and needs attention. It was a lovely touch to be welcomed with a bottle of wine. Breakfast was good—prepared a little differently from the norm, but still enjoyable. Parking is undercover, though not the most convenient when travelling alone. You need to drop your belongings at the front entrance, take them to your room, then return to park the car and walk back up via the internal stairs. There is a small kids’ playroom with pay-to-use games. It’s a nice idea, but the cost can add up quickly. I didn’t notice a pool or other facilities, so I’m unsure if there are additional amenities available. The property was quite busy, likely due to holidays and local events. Despite this, the staff were polite and friendly. I did feel for the front desk staff member who was initially on her own—there was about a 30-minute wait before additional staff came out to assist.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Mantra on View Hotel. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention to Chef kane , who was very accommodating and ensured we had a great dining experience. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the overall service from both housekeeping and front desk staff was outstanding. Their professionalism and warmth truly made the stay memorable. If I return to the Gold Coast, I will definitely choose to stay here again. — Amit Yadav

Staying at Mantra on View was amazing and I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beach view from our room was fantastic, and room service was great too. The location is excellent — the beach is less than two minutes away, with nearby shops and activities like arcades and escape rooms. One thing that really stood out was that the TV actually worked and had Foxtel, which meant the kids could watch what they wanted. The buffet was also good and catered to vegetarians! We loved our stay overall and would absolutely come back!

After an overnight flight and I was so tired, I really appreciated how kind the Receptionist was. I think her name was Laura. She was really helpful and patient and kind. The room was spotless, awesome views. The balcony was really nice and the bed oh my goodness it was so comfortable. I slept like a log. The location was fantastic and it was close to everything and I had a great time.

Stayed here with an elderly family member and a toddler, and we had a great experience overall. The location is excellent — close to the food district with plenty of dining options, and only a 3-minute walk to Surfers Paradise. The staff were wonderful and made our stay very pleasant. Buffet breakfast is also available, which was convenient for the family. The building itself feels a little dated and could benefit from some upgrades. Parking is not free 😰, although discounted rates are available. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we enjoyed our stay.

The Boulevard Ballroom is ideal for large-scale conferences, seminars and gala dinners, or can be utilised as three individual rooms for separate functions. All rooms open out onto the pre-conference area, with Boulevard 3 having additional access to the outdoor terrace area. The Boulevard Rooms are suitable for conferences that require additional breakout rooms in close proximity. Trade shows and exhibitions booths are well suited this space as it allows delegates plenty of space to comfortably move around the room.
Paradise Room 2 & 3 Meeting Room
Located on level 2 adjacent to the Boulevard pre-function, our Paradise Room 1 offers natural light, stylish furnishings and access to the pre-function area. The room is ideal for boardroom meetings, breakout sessions for up to 45 delegates theatre style, storage area and/or secretariat room. A special feature this room offers is it can be split into two smaller meeting rooms, using the retractable wall.

The Paradise Rooms on this level, offer large windows to allow light to stream in! These rooms are ideal for small business meetings for up to 20 delegates.
