The hotel is excellent the rooms are modern and spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Very nice pool and clean, the service staff are professional and helpful and courteous and the hotel location is the best five minutes to the beach and tram stop out the front.Only let down is the quality of the food and the number of food items available on the menu in the restaurant been a international brand hotel catering for international tourism the menu should reflect that and cater for different cultures. Been fair to the hotel I know very well food is a very hard thing to keep everyone happy. But in saying that the menu only needs a little change and add some interesting dishes. Also I would definitely be coming back to stay here again. And highly recommend.

I agree with other reviews that the front desk service is awesome. The girls are professional and helpful. However, I would not stay there again because the hotel is a bit dated. The housekeeping department needs to step up. The carpet on the 2nd floor was dirty yesterday and it's the same today again. I also found two long hairs on the accessible shower bench. My room (203) on the second floor is musty, but I can not find the source of the mold. The fridge is also noisy when it runs. It makes a humming sound. Overall, it is fine for a short stay. The hardware of this hotel is inadequate. I am a picky person when it comes to accommodation. So my review might be biased based on my personal preference.

Good stay. Rooms spacious and clean. Had pool view--nothing special but good enough. Rooms have very small/narrow balconies so you can sit outside. Hotel on main road like others and a couple of blocks off the beach. Hotel is not really in a main area like Surfer's Paradise or Broadside Beach but tram rides and walks not too bad and tram station is right out front of hotel. Staff was helpful and excellent. Did not use pool as was much more interested in the beach. Fitness center was better than most places claiming to have one but was hidden in the basement and only accessible by certain elevators, so needed guidance to find. We found gas station across the street for some basics and restaurants or shops nearby for breakfast and other meals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from start to finish — every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The reception team, in particular, Dani, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views that made every morning special. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area！

Our recent stays at the Crowne Plaza have been exceptional, largely due to its great location and outstanding staff. The hotel's position made it incredibly easy to explore the city including major attractions, dining, and shopping areas. We were also consistently impressed by the professional and friendly service; the staff were helpful, accommodating, especially the duty manager Dani who often went the extra mile to deliver particularly memorable service that exceeds our expectations! The overall experience was fantastic, marked by very comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. We enjoyed a great night's sleep in the super comfy beds and found the room to be clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It was a truly comfortable and convenient stay that we would highly recommend.
