What a fantastic hotel, we booked last minute for nights choosing this hotel as it had a great deal on offer. We were pleasantly surprised for the price we payed at how luxurious the hotel was. The rooms were super clean with daily turn down, loved that clean towels were supplied at the pool. We enjoyed being able to order cocktails poolside via a QR code whilst watching the kids have a swim. Would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient located right across from the Florida Gardens Tram Station, making it super easy to travel up to Cavill Ave daily for activities and dining etc.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. Rooms were spacious, with great views. Trams to both Cavill Ave and Pac Fair are right outside the door. Service was great, especially from a lovely young lady named Rochelle. She went above and beyond for us, and my daughter absolutely adored here. We will definitely be staying here on our next QLD family holiday
This is our first time staying on the Gold Coast, and we’ve been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, ERIKA at the reception made a lasting impression with her warm and professional demeanor. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was taken care of, making our experience truly memorable. We would also like to highlight the wonderful service we received from SCARLET at the buffet restaurant. She was attentive, friendly, and always ensured we were well taken care of during our meals. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer service were much appreciated. While our overall experience was fantastic, we do have one suggestion regarding the buffet. We noticed that the menu remained the same throughout our five-day stay, and we feel that offering a greater variety of dishes would enhance the experience for guests staying longer. A change in the buffet menu would add excitement and give guests more options to explore during their meals. Overall, we’ve had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
10/10 - Absolutely Amazing! The staff here are absolutely fantastic – super friendly and incredibly helpful! A special shoutout to Abi at reception – she’s wonderful, so kind, and always willing to help. Also, Halina, the housekeeper, is such a sweet and lovely person. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained – couldn’t have asked for better! The location was perfect, the breakfast was fantastic, and we met some amazing people during our stay. Thank you for making our holiday truly special! We will definitely come back again and again. ❤️ 10/10 – Highly recommend!
The customer service was excellent, I was able to drop my luggage there when I arrived early to spend the day walking around. They also helped me out massively when I needed to make some changes. Breakfast had a nice variety and with the price I paid for the whole service to the convention I was attending. I didn't have ti worry about the most important meal of the day. The special cocktails that was made for the occasion made things really fun. Would recommend to everyone I know who's planning on staying on staying at surfers paradise.
