I had the most incredible stay at the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise. The room is absolutely beautiful with an amazing balcony, view, bath, bed, and other features. The pool and foyer area were also very lovely. The real standout was the exceptional service from Kunal. He went above and beyond in checking me in, securing me an upgraded room, and showing me the hotel ammenities. He was so professional, helpful, and kind. I was so impressed with the hotel, and Kunal’s service, that I rebooked for my work trip the following weekend for two nights. Outstanding experience here - I would give them more stars if I could.
We booked through a third-party platform and initially the room type wasn’t specified. I contacted the Reservation Team to confirm that we could have a king bed for our anniversary trip. Luh from the Reservation Team was incredibly helpful and not only confirmed a king bed for us, but also kindly upgraded us to a beautiful ocean-view room with a balcony. What truly touched us was that although I only casually mentioned it was our anniversary in my email, she remembered and arranged a thoughtful card and champagne in our room. The attention to detail and genuine care made our celebration so special. Thank you, Luh, for going above and beyond — we truly appreciate it.
Just wrapped up a conference here and it was excellent. The staff at the front desk set the tone right away with a seamless, friendly check-in. The food was a standout, especially the egg station at breakfast and a perfectly cooked steak for the conference dinner. The parking levels are a bit dark and could definitely use better signage, but the service upstairs made up for it. A special mention to Christian, the Guest Experience Manager, who we met on day one. He was so obliging and genuinely interested in our stay, it’s those small, thoughtful conversations that really make a place stand out. We’ll be back for a leisure trip soon. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise. The location is absolutely perfect—right between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, with breathtaking ocean views that truly elevate the experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay. What really stood out was the hospitality—the team was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The overall ambience of the hotel strikes a great balance between relaxation and efficiency, ideal for both leisure and business travellers. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-managed. A big compliment to the entire team for maintaining high service standards. I would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise and look forward to staying here again
Was on a weeks holiday with my wife back on the 12th February on the Gold Coast. We were on our way back to Broadbeach from Surfers Paradise via the tram, after dinner around 9pm, when a relentless downpour began. As we got off the tram, we made our way across the road and headed to the driveway of the Crown Plaza Hotel to take shelter. As we made our way under the shelter of the driveway, we noticed one of the staff members walking towards us, and offering us to come inside the hotel to dry off. We informed him that we weren't guest there, but he insisted that we come in, sit down and dry off with the towels he provided us with. Whilst he was attending to other guests of the hotel, he brought my wife and I some glasses of water. We stayed for around 30 minutes, but before we left, we chatted with this exceptional well mannered gentleman. We exchanged names, and we let him know we were so grateful for his hospitality. (The gentleman's name is Kunal Moudgil) He insisted that we take an umbrella and return it when we wanted to. We returned the next evening, and asked the girls at the front desk if Kunal was on duty. The young girl excused herself, and on returning, Kunal appeared. We handed him the umbrella he so generously gave us the night before, and thanked him once again for his generosity he showed towards my wife and I. Thank you Kunal for showing us, the world still has people that will go above and beyond to help total strangers in a time of need.⭐️
