Great location, very modern rooms with stunning views if you get an ocean view room. Hotel was immaculate throughout our stay and the pool area was quiet and relaxing. Reception staff were wonderful along with those at the breakfast restaurant area. Only let down were the bar staff, on both occasions we visited the bar they were generally unpleasant and had no interest in helping. Also when we ordered via the QR menu at pool side, waiting 15 minutes before going in to follow up to only be told rudely that the bar person had just started her shift and she would bring them out when she was ready! 10 minutes later drinks arrived along with incredibly rude service. Would recommend and return but perhaps get the bar staff on a customer service course.

I didn't stay at the hotel. However, I stayed next door and had dinner and breakfast here. The menu is limited, but the meals are generous and perfectly cooked. I'm very happy with that. The bar gets busy, but the boys are always friendly and welcoming. I would recommend eating here if you don't feel like travelling after a long day.

Great Stay at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise. I just wanted to leave a review in here as I would like to mention about the staff members. Despite being a little old fashioned - built in 1991 & renovated in 2009 - it’s well maintained with great efforts from all of staff members. As a person who is working in customer service industry, every person I have met & seen was extremely polite and kind to every single guests, everyone was smiling and happy. More importantly, they knew what they needed to do, no hassle or unnecessary movement for their duty. Even the staff who was shining the lift area, I was so impressed! Keep up the good work, team.

We booked here last minute over the weekend, after a not so favourable experience with another hotel. The girl at the front counter (Sophie) was incredibly welcoming and had amazing customer service. The room was clean, had an amazing view and was well equipped! We will definitely stay again when we are up from Sydney!
