We had an absolutely terrible experience at another hotel where the room was dirty, had blood on the wall, and we didn't feel safe at all. In a panic, we called Quest Robina and they were incredibly accommodating and quick to fit us in. A massive thank you to Andrew for his helphe provided such amazing service, and we are so appreciative of his assistance during a stressful time. The rooms at Quest Robina are beautiful and impeccably clean. After our initial ordeal, stepping into the Quest room was a huge relief. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-cared for. Highly recommend Quest Robina for their exceptional customer service and beautiful, clean accommodations!

We stayed here with our dog yesterday and it was the most perfect stay. The staff were accomodating and had everything ready in our room when we arrived. This is the first dog friendly accommodation we have stayed & they did not disappoint. Highly recommend for anyone who would like to take their dog on a little staycation. We will definitely be back. Quest Robina was wonderful! The rooms are well thought out, a great little kitchen and all Very clean! The staff were the highlight- absolutely amazing service and local area knowledge! Morning coffees in the foyer are a great way to start the day! Thankyou to Andrew for amazing dining suggestions and to Heidi for lovely chats on the shuttle bus! Nothing was too much for the Quest team!

Disability rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaints were a strong smell in 1 bedroom of some sort of essential oil and flashing light in carpark while leaving which can be seizure triggering.

We had the pleasure of staying at Quest Robina for three nights, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and maintained to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Robina Hospital and the train station, which was so convenient for our visit. We also utilised the after-hours service, and the information provided was easy to follow and very helpful. Additionally, the beds were both comfortable and clean, contributing to a restful night's sleep. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend Quest Robina to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!
