We've stayed here a number of times over the last few years, and this is probably the best stay we've had. The service was excellent, special note to the room cleaning staff for room 354 who were always smiling and happy to cater to any request. We had in-room dining for breakfast and dinner and the quality of the food was excellent. The steak was a stand-out, perfectly cooked and delicious, as was the breakfast. The room service delivery was very fast too which is impressive considering the property appeared full on the weekend. Despite being full, there were plenty of sun loungers available by the pools and the staff at the poolside bar did a great job of keeping the drinks flowing. The only small improvement would be that there was a bit of wear and tear on the outside of the building (small amounts of rust on the roof and the balcony dividers) but nothing that couldn't be solved with a coat of paint. All-in-all a great stay.

Just had the best long weekend stay at Sanctuary Cove. If you are looking for a totally relaxing weekend (or longer) I would highly recommend this resort. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing; attentive, friendly, caring, they went all out to ensure we had a great time. The hotel is lovely, the gardens with wild kangaroos were beautiful, and then there is the lagoon and beach club! Incredible, laying there on day beds looking across the water, with a glass of wine . . we were in tropical heaven!! We upgraded to get executive lounge access which was totally worth it, we had afternoon tea everyday and drinks and canapés before dinner. We ate at Fire on Sunday evening which was amazing!! Would like to particularly thank Roxy and Cedric for their amazing hospitality and service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff and to our surprise we were greeted by Kangaroos right outside our Queenslander Suite. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious and comfortable accommodations that perfectly catered to our family's needs. Our daughter was thrilled with the fun amenities and activities available, making it a wonderfully kid-friendly environment. From the pool to the play areas, every aspect was thoughtfully arranged to ensure our little one had a blast. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations with its blend of comfort, excellent service, and a focus on family enjoyment. We left with beautiful memories and can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

This Resort is nothing short from a 5 stars. The manager and staff made our stay a memorable one. The place is great for family with kids or anyone who’s looking for an incredible stay with and exceptional hospitality. Definitely will be coming back to this resort. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful family getaway at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. The service throughout our entire stay was 5 stars. We loved the buffet breakfast and the swimming facilities, especially the beach lagoon - it was perfect for our little family. Thank you for making our stay memorable, we look forward to coming back soon and would recommend this place to all our family and friends!
