We only stayed overnight with the hotel but we had a good time. There were three of us and the room was spacious with a great view. Check-in was fast with the warm welcome of Erika and Romeo. Location is excellent because it’s very accessible. A tram station was just across the hotel and the beachfront was just a few blocks away.

Staff and room were excellent - obviously very well trained and managed. Well done. Buffet breakfast, which was included in our package, was one of the poorest and low quality offerings I have experienced. It made my hotel experience sadly disappointing. This was especially after reading recent reviews that were glowing. Coffee was undrinkable. Pastries were soggy. Omelette ingredients were served uncooked within thin omelette, which was cooked on a hot grill. Most hot food offerings were dried out and cold. Bircher muesli was tasteless with no toppings offered. My advice would be to opt out of hotel breakfast and eat elsewhere. Definitely don’t pay $39 pp for this!

We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend! Rooms were quiet with a balcony and great view, super clean. Tram stop right out the front for easy access to everywhere, short walk to the beach. The food was AMAZING at Relish and very reasonably priced. The freshly made omelette at the brekkie buffet was the best I've ever had. Lovely pool and spa area, would definitely stay again.

This is our second time coming back to this hotel. Every time, we are greeted with a very responsive and friendly staff. This time Antonella handled our booking very swiftly. A big plus point for me was when she noticed where we come from immediately just from seeing our passports. It made us feel really welcomed. The rooms are always scenic, clean, and spacious. I can't decide which one I love best, the previous room with a jacuzzi or the king junior suite with the beach view. Overall, this was another 10/10 experience.

Stayed over the weekend for my birthday. It was amazing!! Room was super clean. I received birthday goodies on both days we stayed there. We were out on a higher floor with a sea view it was such an amazing experience being able to see surfers paradise at night. Staff was so sweet and nice. We were checked in my Antonella and she was so kind to us, making sure our stay was more than we had ever expected it to be. Food was really good at the buffet and in the relish restaurant at dinner. 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the area and want some good relaxation time.
