My favorite accommodation during my travels in Australia! The rooms are spotless, spacious and modern. The service is great and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast and the gym is nice too. The hotel is really well located. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location, just a short walk to Surfers Paradise. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was spotless with daily housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was top-notch, and our Deluxe Ocean King Room had an amazing view. Loved being able to walk to the beach for sunrise or a morning swim. The pool and sauna weren’t the best but did the job and were nice and quiet in the mornings. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Great stay, worth the upgrade to the cabins. Service, hospitality and little details like complimentary slice and drink were great. Cabin room is small but unique, cute and cosy. Great choice for romantic night out

We booked this hotel for a short, relaxing pool getaway, but unfortunately, it turned out to be far from relaxing. The pool area was extremely cramped, with very limited space. A significant portion of the area was taken up by pricey daybeds that remained mostly unoccupied, while guests lingered around all day hoping for a free sunbed. The lack of available seating made the experience frustrating. On top of that, cleanliness was an issue – there was a piece of gum stuck to a handrail that stayed there for our entire visit. The atmosphere around the pool was chaotic. Kids were CONSTANTLY jumping into the pool, causing water to splash onto guests sitting in the first and even second rows. Despite this, none of the staff intervened even once. On a positive note, the food at the Pool was delicious, and the rooms themselves were lovely. However, they lacked some basic amenities such as cotton pads, swabs, and slippers, which you’d expect for the price. The staff, overall, didn’t seem very attentive or proactive. Overall, this stay did not justify the cost. If you’re considering a relaxing poolside escape, I’d suggest looking at other hotels where your money would be better spent.

The rooms and amenities are great however, our stay was soured by our experience with staff. Upon check in and after payment had been taken, I was notified that our balcony was inaccessible due to unforeseen circumstances. The front desk member seemed surprised that I was unhappy with this and asked if I had been notified prior to arrival - which I had not. She then told me that “they would call me”, I asked if it would be able to be used at all during our stay and she said probably. There was no offer for compensation even though I said we would have booked elsewhere if we knew. She then told me that our included breakfast package was only for 2 people, despite booking being for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). When asked the ages of my children she advised I will have to pay for my 7 year old but my 5 year old would be free. Very confusing as I couldn’t find this information anywhere on the booking. I returned to reception after checking in as I was disappointed with my first experience. I spoke with another front desk member. This front desk member was upfront, apologised and advised the balcony would be out for use for our stay. We were offered a $50 credit and free breakfast for my children. I wasn’t overly impressed with this offer but accepted it. On checkout I had the same staff member from the initial check in. She tried to charge me for the room service we used (to the value of $50, which was used as the credit). When I advised her of the credit she stepped away for a period of time and then said it was all fine. She seemed confused about the rate we paid ($532/night) - which was strange during the check out process and considering she processed the payment the day prior. Disappointingly today I noticed on my bank statement that we had been charged for the room service and the credit had not been applied. I had to phone the QT and explain my situation again to receive a $50 refund. We love the facilities here but unfortunately will not stay again.
