We stayed at on of the QT cabins on level 2....gotta say, they were excellent! Also had a huge space almost to ourselves (only the 6 cabins could access it). From the get go the staff were very welcoming and professional. We were very well looked after by Jake. The facilities were excellent, nice ourdoor pool and heated spa. Buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The cabins were perfect and cozy, had everything we needed and smartly designed. Location was very close to everything, including the handy tram. Look forward to staying here again.

Loved it! Decor was great - very Palm Springs. Beautiful pool area, great continental breakfast selection. Love the Dyson hairdryers - very nice touch. Perfect location- a few minutes from the beach and the trams. Great dinner at the Japanese restaurant downstairs. Wonderful service from the staff from entry through to the maintenance and cleaning team. Bathroom gets a bit wet from the shower, but nothing a larger towel can’t handle! Will definitely be staying here again.

We recently stayed at QT Gold Coast for my partner’s birthday and overall had a good stay. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and the lobby/bar areas create a really fun atmosphere on arrival. The breakfast was also exceptional and easily one of the highlights of the stay. I also appreciated that the team arranged balloons and chocolates for my partner’s birthday, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. That said, I do feel the rooms themselves fell a bit short of expectations for a 5* hotel. The hotel seems to be in need of a bit of a refresh in places. Also a few smaller details that impacted the overall feel of the room. drawers were dusty, the TV lagged, exposed wiring from the lamp plonked on the table looked unfinished, one chair on the balcony, and all lights had been switched off upon arrival which made the room feel quite dark and underwhelming when entering for the first time. Its also ridiculous to not offer complimentary water. We had paid for an Ocean View room but were allocated a room on the 5th floor where the view was largely obstructed by surrounding buildings, with a construction site directly below the balcony which wasn’t particularly pleasant. Some outdoor areas of the hotel look unused and in need of purpose. The pool bar was another slight disappointment as it didn’t seem to be operating consistently during our stay. While the weather wasn’t perfect, there were still plenty of guests using the spa/pool area throughout the day who likely would have used the service. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful. I do think the accommodation/furnishings could benefit from some upgrades and greater attention to detail.

We stayed at QT Gold Coast new years, 2026. From the start we received a warm welcome from Jessica who went over and above to ensure my pregnant daughter was comfortable. We enjoyed room service, which was restaurant quality, hot and arrived quickly. The buffet breakfast was vast with a wonderful selection of fresh food. The cappuccino from the kiosk was outstanding. We invited friends to share the high tea which was a delectable feast. The pool was perfect and we ordered poolside snacks and drinks in the cabbana so we could really enjoy our swim. Well done QT staff we had already planned our next visit before checking out from this trip. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding stay at QT Gold Coast. This is without question the quintessential Gold Coast experience if you want to be in the heart of everything while still staying somewhere that feels stylish, comfortable and genuinely cool. From the moment we arrived the energy of the place was great. straight away you feel looked after, not just checked in. The pool area is unreal, proper holiday mode, amazing vibe without feeling chaotic. The food was excellent and everything about the stay just felt easy. A massive thank you to Rory Neaves, Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond. He genuinely took care of us . That level of service is rare and it completely changed the experience for us. You can tell he really cares about guests having a great stay. The staff across the board were lovely. Warm, professional and relaxed all at once. You feel welcome, not processed, which makes a huge difference. Location wise you could not ask for better. Walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and nightlife, then come back to a hotel that still feels like a bit of an escape. It is the perfect mix of being part of the scene while still having your own space to unwind in comfort. Genuinely one of the best stays I have had on the Gold Coast. Could not recommend QT highly enough. We will absolutely be back.
