My wife and me stayed there one night. They gave us an upgrade for free and the room with the view was amazing. We went for dinner to the Breakfast Creek and had a great steak there, just a short walk from the hotel. The pool was great and we could use it on our early arrival till we could check in.

We recently enjoyed 2 nights in room 608, we found the room to be very comfortable, the bed and pillows luxe. The view of the river is really beautiful with lots of activity. Breakfast was delicious. The spa is fabulous, though it has river views you can't see them while bathing. We enjoyed a High Tea it was very generous and nicely presented. A special effort was made to concoct a special cocktail that I had requested so we appreciated the effort. All in all a lovely stay and can recommend this Hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and let me tell you, the rooms were amazing and the prices were totally affordable. Most of the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. But, I gotta be honest, there was this one young girl on the night of the 17th who could use some improvement in her customer service skills. On the bright side, the pool was absolutely awesome and the room service was top-notch. Overall, I had a great time and would totally recommend this place to others!

Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. The place is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely. It was really easy to park and didn’t have to try and look for a space. The elevators don’t take forever. The aesthetic of the inside was just stunning. The shower was great. We stayed for a wedding reception that was a 2 minute walk to the Breakfast Creek Hotel.

4.5 stars. Accidentally booked Saturday night instead of Friday night and only realised at 12pm on Friday... front desk staff was so lovely and they were able to swap my night no problem! The room was great, air con and shower were fantastic. Furniture a bit dusty and couch looked weathered but overall a clean room. We had room service and the menu to choose from was awesome, food was delivered hot and fast. Only downer was croquettes were still on menu but apparently they hadn’t served them in months. Pool looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Loved the design and theme in the hotel, would stay here again.
